Born on January 30, 1954, in Wellsboro, PA, he was the son of Keith E. & Donna M. (Short) Erickson. His parents survive and live in DuBois, PA.
He was a 1972 graduate of the DuBois Area High School and was a 1976 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, his fox hounds, reading, and his family.
He is survived by his son, (Peter Erickson and his wife Dawn, of DuBois, PA) 2 grandchildren (Abby & Ryan Erickson of DuBois, PA) a brother (Brian Erickson and his wife Shelly of Sabula) a sister (Mrs. Rick (Karen) Spicher of Sabula) his fiancé with whom he made his home with (Carol Wingard of Brockway, PA) and her children (Nichole, Kerri, Ronnie, and Emily Wingard, all of Brockway, PA) and eight nieces and nephews (Brian Erickson and his wife Sarah of Pittsburgh, PA; Mrs. Craig (Amie) Burke of Pittsburgh PA; Sean Hoyt of Clearfield, PA; Deryk Spicher and is wife Crystal of Sabula; Kristy Spicher, Ian Erickson, Bethany Erickson, and Jennie Erickson, all of Sabula as well.)
There will be no visitation for the public.
Private funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with the Rev. Butch Brunner officiating.
Burial will follow in Luthersburg Union Cemetery.

She was born on May 20, 1928 in Tyler, PA. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Rachel (Seduski) Kentoski.
On October 20, 1950, she married Raine Carlson. He preceded her in death on August 12, 1964.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed bird watching and reading. She also worked for the Bell Telephone Co. for 15 years.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed helping with the church Polish Festivals.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine “Lori” Stormer of DuBois, PA, and two sons John S. Carlson and his wife, Georgia of West Middlesex, PA and James R. Carlson of DuBois, PA, two brothers, Stanley Kentoski of Hollywood, PA and Donald Kentoski and his wife, Evelyn of Hollywood, PA, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Irene Moorehouse.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.
A Scriptural Wake Service will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:30 P.M. from the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10 A.M. from St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with Fr. David Foradori as celebrant.

He was born on October 30, 1948 in DuBois, PA. He was the son of the late Telio T. & Ruth L. (Van Houten) Angeletti.
He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War as a corporal.
He made his home with his fiancé, Cheryl Rafferty.
He worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad and later Consolidated Railroad for many years.
He was a member of the George D. Montgomery American Legion Post #17, James J. Patterson Post 813 Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Olympic Athletic Club, the Gateway Sportsman Association, the Independent Social and Political Club, the Sinnemahoning Sportsman Association, the Sandy Fireman's Club and the DuBois Rifle and Pistol Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
He is survived by two daughters, Tammy Angeletti of Harrisburg, PA and Rita (Angeletti) Strick of Cranesville, PA, a son, Casey Angeletti of DuBois, PA, a sister, Sandra "Cookie" Airgood of DuBois, PA, a brother, John Angeletti of Jamestown, New York, and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 4 P.M. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Witherington officiating.
Full military honors will be conducted by the members of the DuBois Area Honor Guard from the funeral home.

He was a member of the Gospel Center in Reynoldsville, PA.

In 1991 he married Debra (Simbeck) Snyder who survives.
He was a self employed construction worker for many years.
He was a member of the North American Hunting Club.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, gardening and working outdoors.
In addition to his mother and wife he is also survived by one son, Christopher Snyder of Sykesville, PA; one daughter Tonya Corle of DuBois; two step sons Glenn Robinson of DuBois, PA and Blake Robinson of White, GA; ten grandchildren and two sisters: Sharon Withers of Luthersburg, PA and Jacqueline McDonald of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father.

--------------------------------------------------------------------Donald J. Andrekovich, Age 76 of Knarr St, DuBois, PA died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Highland View Health Care Center in Brockway, PA.
Born on October 16, 1934 in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph Piccolo, Sr. and Mary (Andrekovich) Repiscak.
On September 5, 1959, he married Marlene Miller Andrekovich of Brockway, Pa. She preceded him in death on March 2, 2010.
He served as a corporal in the United States Army during the Korean War Era.
He graduated with a Masters Degree of Library Sciences from Clarion State College.
He worked as a librarian at the Pennsylvania State University DuBois Campus for 9 years where he also coached baseball & basketball. He retired after 32 &1/2 years of service, in June of 1998 as the sales manager of Troll Associates
He was a member of the Pennsylvania Salesman Club, the Clarion University Alumni Association, the George D. Montgomery American Legion Post 17, and was active in the DuBois Democratic Party where he was recently the chairman. He enjoyed painting and traveling, and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate, Steeler, & Penguin Fan, along with all university of Pittsburgh Sports.
He is survived by five sons: Mark S. Andrekovich and his wife Mari of Reston, VA, Kevin M. Andrekovich and his wife Beatriz of Lake Mary, FL, Timothy D. Andrekovich and his wife Dionne of Tipton, PA, Brian J. Andrekovich and his wife Kimberly of Punxsutawney, PA and Patrick J. Andrekovich of Cranberry Twp. PA; and 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 step brothers (Joseph Piccolo, Jr., Francis Piccolo, & Jerry Piccolo, all of St. Mary’s, PA), and a step sister (Rosemary Young of St. Mary’s, PA).
He was preceded in death by his parents.

She retired from the DuBois Nursing Home in the Housekeeping Department. Previous to that, she worked for Loree Footwear in Big Run for many years.
She enjoyed her grandchildren and her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and doing word search puzzles, & Shopping.
She is survived by her children: Dorsel Baker of Hager, WV, Mrs. Richard (Juanita) LaBorde of Sykesville, PA and David Freeman and his wife, Debbie of Reynoldsville, PA, a sister, Velora Elkins of Hamlin, WV and a brother, Joshua Plumley of Hager WV, 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.,& 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Mason Freeman, 2 infant daughters, 1 granddaughter, 2 infant great -great grandchildren, 4 brothers, & 1 sister.

Born on October 9, 1930 in Greensburg, Pa, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mabel Spene.
On August 26, 1989, he married Peggy (McKee) Kiel Spene. She survives.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He worked for 30 years as the manager of Johnson Motors Body Shop. He was affiliated with the Friendly Tavern Irish Pub & Restaurant.
He was a past member of the American Legion Post 17 in DuBois. He loved going to camp and going for walks in the woods with his dogs. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by a daughter (Victoria Humphrey of Reynoldsville, Pa) 2 step sons (William Kiel of Tionesta and Robert Kiel of Reynoldsville, PA) 2 grandchildren (Gabriel Humphrey and Nicole Bearfield) and 2 great grandchildren (Nathan Bembenic and Lilly Bearfield)
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister (Louise Stevens) and a brother (Francis Spene)

She was born on May 29, 1921 in DuBois, PA. She was the daughter of the late John W. and Elinor (Donahue) Kriner.
On April 13, 1944, she married Charles “Chub” Lowe in Fort Myers, Florida. He preceded her in death on January 14, 2001.
She worked in the DuBois Hospital Maternity Ward for 30 years. She was Dr. Yoo’s nurse for 10 years.
She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She was a member of the Fourth Ward Hose Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She was active in the American Red Cross where she served as a Blood Mobile Service Chairperson and served on the Disaster Committee.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Ann Bohonak and her husband, William of Pittsburgh, PA and Janet Marie McFall and her husband, Kevin of DuBois, PA, one son, John H. Lowe and his wife, Diane of DuBois, PA, a brother, John M. Kriner of St. College, PA, one sister, Grace Arke of Mechanicsburg, PA, ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Edna Wineberg and Edith Marie Kriner, a brother, Charles Kriner and two infant brothers.

He was born in St. Marys, PA to the late Edward and Marsha McMahon.
James is also preceded in death by his brother, Tom and sister, Patsy McMahon.
James is survived by his loving wife, Marla; children, Marsha (Dennis) Masttrodi of Taylorville, IL, John (Lorraine) McMahon of Westerville, OH,; James McMahon of Westerville, OH, Amy McMahon, of Newton, MA, & Mark McMahon; of Columbus, OH; 5grandchildren, Lisa, David and Andrea McMahon, Rachel Hargraves, Hannah White; 2 brothers, Bill “Irish”(Lavina) McMahon of DuBois, PA,& David (Karen) McMahon of Rochester, NY.; sister-in-law, Denise McMahon; cousin, Eleanor Baughman and a host of other family and friends.
James was a veteran of the US Air Force, proudly serving his country during the Korean War.
Jim graduated from DuBois High School in 1947 and attended Penn State University as a labor relations and business major.
He married his high school sweetheart, Marla Jean Schneider on December 27, 1953.
As a member of the Air Force ROTC, Jim went on to serve at Wright Patterson Air Force base after college. Jim spent over 35 years at IBM, starting as a salesman, and finishing his career as a Senior Marketing Manager in Akron, Ohio. Throughout his career, Jim always made time to help others, especially his own family and friends, as well as through his volunteer work with the Akron Boy Scouts and the Little Sisters of the Poor.
Jim and Marla moved to Boynton Beach, FL when he retired from IBM at the age of 58.

He was born on July 14, 1941 in Greenville, PA. He was the son of the late Arnold V. Cooper and Mrs. William (Dorothy Cooper) Lucas. His mother survives and lives in Rockton, PA.
He married Mary (Gallagher) Cooper on November 9, 1963. She survives.
He retired after 38 years at Brockway Glass in the Sales Department. After retiring from Brockway Glass, he worked at White Cap as a salesman for 6 years.
He was a member of the DuBois Country Club where he was the Club Champ for a number of years. He was a South Jersey Amateur and won many tournaments. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Investment Club. He liked hunting, fishing, four wheel riding, and antique Thunderbird cars. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his farm.
He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Cooper of DuBois, PA, a granddaughter, Christin Cooper, and a brother, Robert Cooper and his wife, Pam of Brookville, PA.
He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Gregory Cooper.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.

She was a 1948 graduate of the Brady Township High School. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, and watching her hummingbirds.
She enjoyed phone visits and personal visits with all.

He was born on April 30, 1930 in DuBois, PA. He was the son of the late Joseph N. Kolash, Sr. and Mary (Yakulis) Kolash.
He was a veteran of the Korean War in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He married Joan (Nelson) Kolash on September 18, 1954. She survives.
He retired as superintendent of the Hot End at the Brockway Glass Co. Plant #1 after 44 years of service. He was the owner/operator of Joe’s Garage, now known as Kolash Garage for many years.
He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in DuBois. He delivered meals on wheels, was a volunteer van driver for the Hahne Cancer Center. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed bowling and he enjoyed gambling. He loved spending time with his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Mr. Joseph D. Kolash of Rochester, New York, Mr. Richard M. Kolash and his wife, Sheri of DuBois, PA, Mr. Andrew J. Kolash of Williamsport, PA, twin daughters, Mrs. Jeffrey (Susan) Hetrick of Weedville, PA and Mrs. Keith (Sherri) Smith, Jr. of Luthersburg, PA and Mrs. Joseph (Dianne) LaBenne of DuBois, PA. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Norbert (Mary) Snell of DuBois, PA and a brother, Mr. John “Jack” (Dee) Kolash of Brockway, PA, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Helen Bentley and Virginia Ketter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home in DuBois.
A Scriptural Wake Service will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 1:45 P.M. from the funeral home.
The DuBois Area Honor Guard will conduct a ritual service on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 10:15 A.M. from the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 11 A.M. from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.
Full military honors will be accorded by the members of the DuBois Area Honor Guard from the church.

She was born on December 30, 1922 in the West Sandy area of DuBois, PA. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie (Ripe) Quarando.
She was married to Jacob M. Villella. He preceded her in death on July 2, 2006.
She was the co-owner of the former Towne Pizza in Reynoldsville, PA. She was also the former manager of the CVS Drug Store when it was uptown in DuBois, PA.
She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in DuBois, PA. She was the current election judge at West Sandy Polling Precinct. She loved spending time with her family and was an avid Penn State Fan. She also loved to cook, spend time in her kitchen, and sew. She enjoyed crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her son, Jacob Villella and his wife, Nancy of Elk Ridge, MD, two sisters, Anne Digilarmo of DuBois, PA and Mrs. Dennis (Adeline) Geppert of DuBois, PA, one brother, Ralph Quarando of Cleveland, OH and one grandson, Johnny Villella.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 from 6-8 P.M. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.

--------------------------------------------------------------------Russell L. Ferraro, Age 90, formerly of Sylvan Dr., DuBois, Pa, died Friday, July 30, 2010 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Born on January 5, 1920 in Summerville, PA, he was the son of the late Louis & Laura (Falzone) Ferraro.
On August 25, 1948, he married Carolyn (Mancuso) Ferraro. His wife survives.
He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in World War II.
He was a salesman for many years working at Ideal Products and the Seagram Corporation.
He had previously attended St. Bernard Roman Catholic Church in Falls Creek. He was previously a member of the Falls Creek Eagles and the George D. Montgomery American Legion Post 17.
He was a member of the Knight of Columbus Council #519 in DuBois and was a 4th Degree Knight with Assembly #2661. Russ had the distinction of being a Faithful Navigator in 3 different States; Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Connecticut
He is survived by 2 sisters (Grace Kothos of Mechanicsburg, Pa and Angeline Russell of McKeesport.)
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister (Marian Miller) and a brother (Vincent Ferraro)
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home Inc.
The rosary will be prayed on Sunday evening at 7:30p.m. by the members of the Knights of Columbus Council # 519.

She was born on February 22, 1942 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was the daughter of the late Charles R. & Mary A. (Cassidy) Greene.
On August 21, 1965, she married Clair E. Miller. He survives and lives in Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA.
She worked as a teacher’s aide for the DuBois Area School District.
She was a member St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Luthersburg, PA, “OFC” and the Dirty Dozen Card Club.
She liked to shop, travel and be with friends and family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lance (Melissa) Johnston of Chesterton, Indiana and Mrs. Nick (Kathleen) Shugars of DuBois, PA, one son, Mr. Matthew Miller and his fiancé, Fiona Monk of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by two brothers, Mr. C.R. Greene and his wife, Linda of Ligonier, PA and Mr. Kevin Greene and his wife, Kathy of Greensburg, PA, two sisters, Ms. Mary Ann Stoner of Ligonier, PA and Mrs. Dan (Beth Ellen) Murtha of Cathedral City, CA, several nieces and nephews and twin grandsons, Jacob and Jarrett Johnston.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

He was born on May 1, 1937 in Punxsutawney, PA. He was the son of the late James and Lucy (Yorio) Ferari.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He married Marilyn J. Ferari on June 13, 1964. She preceded him in death on June 4, 2009.
He retired from Brockway Pressed Metals. He was a barber by trade.
He was a life member of the DuBois Volunteer Fire Department Fourth Ward Hose Company. He enjoyed bowling and cutting grass with his tractor.
He is survived by twin sons, Timothy M. Ferari of DuBois, PA and James A. Ferari of Atlanta, GA, a brother, Samuel Ferari of Monroeville, PA and two sisters, Betty Hrin of DuBois, PA and Theresa Nunn of Fort Pierce, FL and one grandchild, Nicholas Ferari.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Marion Ferari and Ellen Talladay.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 11 A.M. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor David Nagele officiating.
Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
