woodseya1 Posted March 6, 2016 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot CasseroleIngredients:1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots1 (3 oz.)bag bacon pieces1 pound boneless, skinless chickenbreasts, diced2 cups shredded cheddar cheese3/4 cup milksalt & pepper, to tasteDirections:Spray slow cooker with nonstickcooking spray.Layer half of the frozen tater totson the bottom of the slow cooker.Sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon pieces.Now top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese.Add diced chicken on top.Season with salt & pepper.Now add 1/3 of the bacon pieces andanother 1/3 of shredded cheese.Put the rest of the frozen tater tots on top.Finish with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheeseand remaining 1/3 of bacon pieces.Pour 3/4 cup milk all over the top.Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours.Check it at the 4 hour mark as some slo-cookersdo cook faster than other. woodseya1 Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Cheesy Crockpot Cowboy Casserole Ingredients 1/4 cup diced onion 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash 1 lbs small red potatoes, sliced thin (about 4-5 small red potatoes), 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 lb ground beef browned and drained 1 can of diced tomatoes with liquid 1 cup canned corn, drained 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese Directions 1. Place all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 4- 6 quart crockpot and stir well. 2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. woodseya1 Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops 1 package of boneless pork chops 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix In crockpot layer pork chops, add the cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR Low for 6 hours. The pork chops come out very tender and the flavor is amazing! woodseya1 Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 The Amazing Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes!!! 2 lbs of fresh green beans 2 lbs of ham 4 baking potatoes 1 Large onion (optional) Dice the ham,green beans,onion if you are using it and potatoes. Plunk it all into your crockpot, add 3 cups of water and season with salt & pepper ( according to taste) I like to use Steak Spice in mine. Cook for 6 hrs on Low. Enjoy!
