Sparticus
Bar-B-Que Chicken Pizza Ingredients: 1/2 bar-b-q sauce (again, I use KC Masterpiece) 3/4 - 1lb bonless chicken strips 1) small -medium onion halved and sliced 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (or as much cheese as you like) Fry up chicken in a pan with the garlic salt. Make your pizza dough like you would for a normal pizza. I use the mix that you just add water. Spread out dough on a greased pizza pan. Spread on sauce in a nice even coat. Add the chicken and onion, spreading out evenly. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake as long as you would normally bake your pizza. This goes good with an ice cold beer or homemade root beer. I made this and it was terrific!! The only thing I did differently was I made and added bacon. It turned out super. I also used a sweet honey sauce, and I think I am going to use a tangier one next time. Thanks for the great idea Sparticus!!!

Foxfan
chef boy r dee out of the box Yes..Appian Way is also excellent.[kidding]. but back then, it was all we knew about...That was the first 'pizza pie' I ever tasted...To those youngsters here, there was a time in history that pizza was not a staple of our diet .....those were kits with dry flour for the crust , yeast, cheese, and little can of sauce, in a little box...It was definitely a do it yourself project... Buster99
Buffalo Chicken Pizza I don't have exact measurements.....I just mix and taste to my liking. Chop up chicken or used canned chicken and cook in skillet until done. Add hot sauce and mix well. On store bought crust, spread ranch dressing with a little blue chesse added for the sauce. Top with chicken mixture, red onion, and banana peppers. Sprinkle on mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese melts.

woodseya1
Fruit and Yogurt Pizza 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened* 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened 1 cup low-fat fruit-flavored yogurt (any flavor) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, kiwifruit, etc.) Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; add flour, nuts, oatmeal, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well. On lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet, press dough into a 12-inch circle, forming rim around edge. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool. In small mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in yogurt and vanilla. Spoon evenly over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top. Chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. * Use stick margarine or real butter. Do not substitute reduced-fat spreads; their higher water content often yields less-satisfactory results. P.S. I just bought a bag of frozen mixed fruit at the supermarket.
