Petee Posted October 9, 2017 Share Posted October 9, 2017 Hubby and I planted a mum in a street pot at the corner by Mike Carlson's Garage this morning and when we removed some soil, there is absolutely NO Moisture after the top inch. It is dusty and dry the rest of the way to the bottom of the pot. It's the same here at home, only the top of the soil is damp. It was much drier than I thought. Makes me accept the rain much better.
