Bridget A. Harriger, Age 77 of South Highland Street, DuBois, PA died Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.

Born on May 10, 1941 in Punxsutawney, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence & Marguerite Collins Neal.

Bridget was a 1959 graduate of the Punxsutawney Are High School.

She was married to Jack Harriger.  He preceded her in death.  She made her home for the past 20 years with John C. "Jack" Dugan.  He survives.

Bridget retired after 37 years of service working for the Gray Family at Tri County Broadcasting, The Courier Express, and Gray Investments.

She was a member of the George D. Montgomery American Legion Auxiliary Unit 17, the James J. Patterson Post 813 VFW Auxiliary, the Falls Creek Eagles Aerie 965 Auxiliary & the Sandy Hose Company # 1 Fireman's Club.  Bridget enjoyed bowling and golfing.

She is survived by a brother (Bernie Collins & his wife Barbara of Salem, OH), a niece (Lisa Johnson & her husband Donnie of Salem, OH) and a nephew (Patrick Collins & his wife Amelia of Dayton, OH)

She was preceded in death by her nephew (Dr. Gary Collins) and an infant niece (Mary Collins).

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with Msgr. Richard Siefer officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Punxsutawney, PA.

Memorials may be placed with Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital, 100 Hospital Ave., DuBois, PA 1580.
