Administrators Pompeii Posted July 24, 2018 Administrators Share Posted July 24, 2018 Erma L. King, Age 84. of DuBois PA, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Erma was born on June 16, 1934, in Stump Creek, PA, a daughter of the late Edwin and Elizabeth (Penvose) Carlson. She retired from Rockwell International Manufacturing in DuBois after 24 years of service. Erma is survived by 5 children; Robert Sekula of Shutesbury MA; Jean Sekula Portland OR; Susan Hanzely and her husband John of DuBois, PA; David Sekula of DuBois, PA; and Vincent Sekula of California, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, a brother James Carlson of Ohio, and a sister Mary Ellen Battitori of DuBois, PA. Erma was preceded in death by a daughter, Valerie Sekula, 3brothers and 3 sisters. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 11 AM from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc with Fr. David Whiteford officiating. Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor's choice. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
