Frank A. DeGeorge, Age 78, of DuBois, PA, died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the DuBois Nursing Home.

He was born on Aug. 30, 1939, in DuBois, a son of the late Angelo and Pasquarosa (DePersio) DeGeorge.

Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Berlin Crisis and later retired from the U.S. Army Reserves after 21 years' service. He also worked for the Rail Road; the DuBois Brewery; in construction and was a bus driver for Area Transpiration Authority.

He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, DuBois.

On Dec. 27, 1973, Frank married Elizabeth A. Baker DeGeorge, she preceded him in death on Nov. 8, 2013.

Frank is survived by two step sons; James Baker and his wife Susanne of Bradenton, FL and Thomas Baker and his wife Patricia of Cary, NC; four step grandchildren survive; Patrick, Thomas, Trisha and Jason, as well as two great step grandchildren, Olivia and A.J.

In addition to his parents and wife, Frank was preceded in death by 2 sisters.

There will be no public visitation or funeral service.  Interment will be made in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, DuBois.

The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc is in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor's choice.
