Administrators Pompeii Posted October 27, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 27, 2018 Joan Edith Eisman, Age 87, of DuBois, PA died Friday, October 26, 2018. Born on August 14, 1931 in Galeton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hayes & Winifred (Wolfanger) Bechdel. On June 4, 1955, she married Edward J. Eisman. He preceded her in September 29, 2003. Joan enjoyed baking and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by a son (Edward L. Eisman & his wife Kim of Reynoldsville, PA) 3 daughters (Kim M. Yoder & her husband Gary of Reynoldsville, PA; Sharon M. Broadway & her husband David of Iuka, MS; and Tracy J. Rakvin & her husband Jason of Johnstown, PA) 8 grandchildren, (Christina, Cody, Courtney, Eric, Justin, Jenna, McCabe & Hayes) and 9 great grandchildren (Jaden, Zoee, Grayson, Aliyah, Eviana, Ella, Kellan, Carter & Gabby). She was preceded in death by her granddaughter (Kelli Yoder), one sister (Mae Bechdel) and a brother (Bill Bechdel). Visitation will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 10 A.M. until 12 P.M. from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 at noon from the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery. Memorials may be placed with DuBois Central Catholic, P.O.
