Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 2:2/10/2019 2:39:38 PM PM Feb. 10, 2019 – National Weather Service
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MONDAY TO 1 PM
EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of
an inch expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulation up to two tenths of an
inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are likely
due to the ice. The hazardous conditions could impact the
morning or evening commute.

Flood Watch

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of western Maryland, Pennsylvania, and northern West
Virginia, including the following areas, in western Maryland,
Garrett. In Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver,
Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Fayette Ridges, Forest, Greene,
Indiana, Jefferson PA, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington,
Westmoreland, and Westmoreland Ridges. In northern West
Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia,
Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern
Preston, and Western Tucker.

* Through late tonight

* Total rainfall of 1.5 to 2 inches is possible by late tonight.

* With saturated ground, rivers, and streams full, additional
rainfall may lead to flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
