Copycat Cracker Barrel green chili Jack chicken and buffalo cauliflower with ranch

That sounds really good!

We had a small roasted pork tenderloin, baked potato, broccoli and cheese.

Pork tenderloin, kraut & potato patties and broccoli/cauliflower/bacon salad.

I think I gain 5 pounds everytime I read what you are eating

apple pie cinnamon bun 'cupcakes'. .....ok tell us

LOL, I wasn't sure how to describe them. I was going to say muffins but went with 'cupcakes' because of the icing. At o'dark thirty this morning.... before coffee, that made more sense. 😂
They were so good and so easy.... cinnamon rolls smushed into a muffin pan and topped with apple pie filling. Baked and then slathered (it was supposed to be drizzled, but slathered better describes my 'technique' or lack thereof 😋) with cream cheese icing. Should have gone with 'smushed & slathered apple pie cinnamon buns'!  🤭
