  2. Helen Louise (Uren) Pinchock, age 99, a life long Eastside resident of DuBois, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at her home with her loving daughters arms around her at 9:57 a.m. Born on April 29, 1923 on Sherman Avenue in DuBois, Helen was the youngest daughter of the late James Uren and Jeanette (Buskirk) Uren and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In 1948, Helen married the love of her life, Edward Albert Pinchock in Mercer, PA. They met at the St. James Hotel dancing in downtown DuBois and enjoyed 64 years of marriage until Ed passed away on Veteran’s Day in 2012. Helen was a DAHS graduate of the Class of 1940 and was known as “PeeWee Uren” because of her tiny, petite structure! She was a lifetime member of Lakeside United Methodist Church in DuBois and was previously active in the Order of the Eastern Star. Helen was also a lifetime member of the James J. Patterson Post 813 VFW Auxiliary where she served as a past Trustee for several terms. She enjoyed helping the ladies in the kitchen for many events held at the VFW and was honored to place flags on every veterans grave at the Morningside Cemetery for Memorial Day services. Helen worked for Sylvania in Emporium, PA, then returned home to DuBois to help her mother. While working at Jeffers Electronics next, she received a very exciting call in September of 1957 that a baby girl was born in Binghamton, NY! She gave immediate notice and was so excited that she just became a mother! Six days later Helen and Ed drove to Binghamton, NY and brought their baby home!! In the late 60’s, Helen attended and graduated from the cosmetology school and maintained her cosmetology license for many years. Lastly, Helen worked for Murphy’s Mart in the merchandising office and retired in 1985. After retiring, Helen and Ed volunteered for Meals on Wheels delivering meals to the community residents for many years. Years ago, Helen enjoyed knitting, dancing polka with Ed at wedding celebrations, canning pickles, watching Days of Our Lives and the QVC channel, she always wrote notes or cards to her daughter and grandson in Kansas. She loved to bake wonderful walnut bread rolls each year around the Christmas holiday to share and loved going to her brother’s camp in First Fork over the years to relax and play cards (Tripoley) till the wee hours in the morning. Most recently, she enjoyed the Hallmark movie channel, Wheel of Fortune and her word scrabble book. Helen loved holidays and special occasions. She went out of her way to make each event spectacular for her family. Helen was very devoted in her faith in God and enjoyed reading her daily devotions. She lived a simple life, enjoyed simple things and was happy! Helen had a very generous heart for the people she cared about. Above all, she and Ed loved spending time together as a family and visiting their daughter and grandson in Kansas. Helen was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Helen is deeply missed by her daughter Debra Renee Lindberg of DuBois, PA and her grandson Dirk Edward Lindberg of Paola, KS, and numerous nieces and nephews as well as other family members. Jack Edward, the family dog misses his Grammie too. Helen was preceded in death by her sister, Vera Uren and her brothers; Everett, Merle, James “Hop” and Don Uren and Percy Fyock. 7. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/11/17/gop-house-opens-probe-biden-family-potential-tax-evasion-money-laundering-human-trafficking-violations/ Members of the newly controlled Republican House on Thursday announced an investigation into the Biden family business and whether President Joe Biden is compromised by the family’s business schemes. Conspiracy or defrauding the United States Wire fraud Conspiracy to commit wire fraud Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act Violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Violations of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 Tax evasion Money laundering Conspiracy to commit money laundering “I want to be clear, this is an investigation of Joe Biden,” Comer stated. “The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality from human trafficking to potential violations of the constitution.” “In the 218th Congress, this committee will evaluate the status of Joe Biden’s relationship with his families foreign partners and whether he is a president who is compromised or swayed by foreign dollars or influence,” he said. We are also sending letters to the Biden administration and Biden family associates renewing our request for voluntary production of documents relevant to this investigation,” Comer continued before stating Joe Biden lied about having knowledge about his family’s business dealings. “This is an investigation of Joe Biden, the president of the United States, and why he lied to the American people about his knowledge and participation in his family’s international business dealing schemes,” Comer said. “National security interests require to conduct an investigation and we will pursue all avenues – avenues that have long been ignored.” Comer then listed a number of crimes that members of the Biden family may have committed, according to uncovered evidence by House Republicans. “These include conspiracy or defrauding the United States, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, tax evasion, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering,” Comer said. We find evidence that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were involved in a scheme to try to get China to buy liquified natural gas,” Comer said. “People are in outrage over China buying farmland in the Dakotas. What about China starting to buy into our American energy industry?” Joe Biden and his staff have claimed at least seven times that the president has not been involved in the family business, yet more than 17 pieces of evidence suggest Joe Biden has played an influential role in his son Hunter and brother James’s activities. Fifty-eight percent of voters believe that Joe Biden has played a role in his family’s business dealings. Sixty percent say Hunter Biden has sold “influence and access” to the president. 15. SPECIAL EDITION ARTICLE #1 - November 17th, 2022 by Fr. Ben Daghir One Thing, Jesus Christ This article is a special edition for "One Thing, Jesus Christ." Fr. Ben Daghir recently attended the Notre Dame vs. Navy football game. He, along with his friends, were very motivated to see the thousands of young people who have dedicated their lives to service and mission in the Navy. ARTICLE: I recently had the opportunity to attend the Notre Dame vs. Navy football game in Baltimore, Maryland. I went to the game with some friends that I had studied with at St. Mary’s Seminary & University in Baltimore. The experience motivated my group of friends and me (all of us are either priests or are studying to become priests). As a result, I would like to share what exactly motivated us in our priestly vocations. We saw thousands of young individuals dressed in their Navy uniforms. We watched as these Navy service men and women marched into the stadium and out onto the field. We saw young, dedicated and inspired people. The jumbo screen often showed the members of the Navy in the stands laughing and cheering. The jumbo screen also displayed their ages: 18, 19, 20, and 21 years old. These individuals from the Navy have set aside their private plans and have embraced a much greater call in life. They have let go of selfish ambitions to join a far greater mission. They have embraced obedience and service in a very radical way. They have focused on purpose, tradition, sacrifice, and mission. They see themselves in a much larger story than their own narrative. And, based upon their smiles and laughter, their commitment to the demands of the Navy has not limited their freedom but rather unleashed it. In fact, they strike me as very happy people. One of my favorite moments occurred during the second half of the game. We watched as roughly a dozen young individuals took “The Oath of Enlistment” from the United States Secretary of the Navy, Carlos Del Toro. These individuals stated, "I, (name), do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." These words reminded me of the promises that I made as a priest to the bishop. I promised to discharge without fail the office of the priesthood. I promised to exercise the ministry of the Word worthily and wisely, preaching the Gospel and teaching the Catholic faith. I promised to celebrate faithfully and reverently, in accord with the Church’s tradition, the mysteries of Christ (especially the Eucharist and Reconciliation). I promised to observe the command to pray for God’s people without ceasing. I promised to be united more closely every day to Christ the High Priest. I also promised respect and obedience to my bishop and his successors. This Notre Dame vs. Navy football game reminded my friends and me of a great verse in the Bible, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17). The Navy men and women had no idea that their witness and commitment were motivating us to be greater seminarians and priests. They had no idea that they were challenging us to return to the core of our vocation as a priest: like the bread which becomes the Body of Christ - to be broken for others, like the wine which becomes the Blood of Christ - to be poured out for others. ======================== Fr. Ben Daghir is a priest for the Diocese of Erie. He is a graduate of Elk County Catholic High School in Saint Marys, Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, and St. Mary's Seminary & University in Baltimore, Maryland. He considers writing one of his favorite hobbies. Picture: Members of the Navy during the pregame of the Notre Dame vs. Navy football game in Baltimore, Maryland on November 12, 2022.
  16. I'm 99.17% sure that Gitmo is all white hat controlled. In Trumps announcement he said that Nancy Pelosi was on her way to another country and was "FIRED". ... and remember a couple years ago Trump said a few times that Biden is "SHOT".
