With everybody opening their mouths we are now finding out who's who   some of the behind the scene players are and the connections..  These names have been  already discussed publically  in the media.   Everybody on the  City Council. The Mayor. Scarnati. Varischetti, Cherry, and now Raybuck.  Who's next? No wonder the AG is just sitting back right now and watching.  Everybody is innocent unless proven guilty in court.  Sit back. Make sure you have enough and watch the drama. This situation has set back the area after  finally it was making moves  forward.

That article went national. I think Herm knows unless he SINGS he will spend most of his life behind bars. That's why he probably out and about before it really hits.  But I hope he isnt, but it sounds like he is witness tampering. But dont forget, he was very cordial to Ed Rendell. Funnier things have happened in cases.

Major Source confirms for me this morning that indeed the City of DuBois has made at least one payment on behalf of our on-leave City Managers legal fees.
 
Vote was March 27th. The vote was 4-1 to approve the payment.
 
Currently our City Council approves receipts in an envelope but do not tell us what's in it or the amount of the bills. (That clearly needs to change.)
 
I'm baffled why they didn't want to answer Jennifer Jackson's question last night  
 
The source absolutely cares about our city and wants to do the right thing for the people of our city.
 
Jennifer still has a right to know filed with the city so we will wait for that info as well.

I am curious about why the city would pay anything for his attorney.  This is about him, not the city supposedly.  The money they are using is probably city taxpayer money or do they have a slush fund for things like that?

The city is paying for his high priced attorneys because the city is afraid of what could be exposed.

Interesting thought. Hmmm.

What I would do right now is vote for the replacements. Then 2-4 years down the road some totally new people come forward.

True, at least get some replacements in there to handle the business and then keep a strict eye on them to see how they do.  If their goal isn't the betterment and peace of the citizens and good responsible maintenance of the city property, then you will probably see them primping or posturing which just brings attention to themselves.  Make a note to get rid of that person.
Anyone who has already been in there and saw nothing wasn't watching.  They need to be gone!

I've never been a fan of the 'Gypsies'...
They are posers.
They always will be.
The person that works and gets their hands dirty, and has callouses on their hands, and blisters on their thumbs are the REAL people in this world.
The Gypsy will stand by the 'Thug' for eternity; their bond goes way back... way back to the mid 1960s.
I have never trusted him, or her.

Won't underestimate a powerful determined rich, educated, well known woman when i don' know all the facts.
Have a hard time believing that a woman with all these attributes would allow herself to get backed into a corner that she created. That makes no sense at all.
