  2. We're making Wendy's copycat chili.
  3. We had pork chops,peroiges and corn.
  4. Wapoho sandwiches from Bob's Pizza.

  6. I had wings tonight. I forgot just how much I like PBJ wings.

  8. I'm having stuffed hot peppers that a co-worker brought me today He also brought me some spaghetti squash spaghetti and homemade meatballs.
  9. I'm out east for work and it's wing night at the hotel bar. I had a half dozen each of spicy ranch,spicy bleu cheese and spicy thai chile.
  10. We're having banana peppers stuffed with hot sausage,bacon jalapeno deviled eggs and slow cooker cheddar jalapeno corn casserole. Dessert is strawberry-banana cheesecake salad.
  11. Yesterday was potato,onion,peppers and kelbossi packets on the grill. Tonight is a brisket I have in the smoker now and whatever else the wife decides we're having.

Jalapeno Corn Dip Ingredients 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise (the real stuff) 1/2 cup salsa (or picante) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 14.5oz can sweet kernel corn, drained 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped Tortilla chips Instructions Mix everything and refrigerate for several hours to let flavors combine. Like a little less spice? Take out the jalapeno. Like a little more? Add more jalapeno and a spicier salsa! Serve with tortilla chips.
  13. Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 2 hours 30 mins Total time: 2 hours 40 mins Serves: 6-8 servings Ingredients 2 12 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls cut into quarters- divided 4 eggs

BLT Dip Ingredients: 1-1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, and divided 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) or to taste 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste) 1 tablespoons mustard 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes 1-1/2 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce pepper an salt to taste Toasted bread rounds, crackers, or pita chips. Directions: Preheat oven to 350?. Spray a 11?2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside 3/4 cup crumbled bacon. In a large bowl, combine remaining bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mustard. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, remaining 3/4 cup crumbled bacon, and Iceberg lettuce over hot dip. Serve immediately with toasted bread rounds, crackers, or pita chips.

The Amazing Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes!!! 2 lbs of fresh green beans 2 lbs of ham 4 baking potatoes 1 Large onion (optional) Dice the ham,green beans,onion if you are using it and potatoes. Plunk it all into your crockpot, add 3 cups of water and season with salt & pepper ( according to taste) I like to use Steak Spice in mine. Cook for 6 hrs on Low. Enjoy!

Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops 1 package of boneless pork chops 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix In crockpot layer pork chops, add the cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR Low for 6 hours. The pork chops come out very tender and the flavor is amazing! You also get a good gravy for mashed potatoes

Cheesy Crockpot Cowboy Casserole Ingredients 1/4 cup diced onion 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash 1 lbs small red potatoes, sliced thin (about 4-5 small red potatoes), 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 lb ground beef browned and drained 1 can of diced tomatoes with liquid 1 cup canned corn, drained 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese Directions 1. Place all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 4- 6 quart crockpot and stir well. 2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Uncover crock-pot and sprinkle shredded cheese over top and recover and let cook an additional 30 minutes.

Texas Trash Warm Bean Dip 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 2 cans (16 ounces, each) refried beans 1 packet taco seasoning 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups Monterrey jack cheese, shredded DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix in refried beans until combined. Stir in taco seasoning. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with both cheeses. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese in melted and slightly browned. Serve with tortilla chips I make it in my crockpot.

Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Wing Dip Ingredients 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 pounds shredded cooked chicken 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 cups creamy Parmesan salad dressing 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 2-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Directions Mix butter and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until butter is melted. Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is heated through, 2 to 4 minutes. Stir cream cheese, Parmesan salad dressing, and vinegar into chicken mixture; cook until well-blended and warm, about 5 minutes. Mix 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese into chicken mixture; transfer to a slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese over dip. Cook on Low until hot and bubbling, 30 to 40 minutes.
