  1. Jalapeno Corn Dip

     

    Ingredients

     

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup mayonnaise (the real stuff)

    1/2 cup salsa (or picante)

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    14.5oz can sweet kernel corn, drained

    2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

    Tortilla chips

     

    Instructions

     

    Mix everything and refrigerate for several hours

    to let flavors combine.

    Like a little less spice? Take out the jalapeno.

    Like a little more?

    Add more jalapeno and a spicier salsa!

    Serve with tortilla chips.

  2. Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

    Prep time: 10 mins

    Cook time: 2 hours 30 mins

    Total time: 2 hours 40 mins

    Serves: 6-8 servings

     

    Ingredients

     

    2 12 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls cut into quarters- divided

    4 eggs

     

  3. OMG!!! BLT Dip

     

    Ingredients:

    1-1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, and divided

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) or to taste

    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)

    1 tablespoons mustard

    2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes

    1-1/2 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce

    pepper an salt to taste

     

    Toasted bread rounds, crackers, or pita chips.

     

    Directions:

     

    Preheat oven to 350?. Spray a 11?2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

     

    Set aside 3/4 cup crumbled bacon.

     

    In a large bowl, combine remaining bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayonnaise,

    Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mustard.

    Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, remaining 3/4 cup crumbled bacon, and Iceberg lettuce over hot dip.

    Serve immediately with toasted bread rounds, crackers, or pita chips.

  4. The Amazing Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes!!!

     

    2 lbs of fresh green beans

    2 lbs of ham

    4 baking potatoes

    1 Large onion (optional)

     

    Dice the ham,green beans,onion if you are using it

    and potatoes.

    Plunk it all into your crockpot,

    add 3 cups of water and season with salt & pepper

    ( according to taste) I like to use Steak Spice in mine.

    Cook for 6 hrs on Low.

  5. Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops

     

    1 package of boneless pork chops

    1 can of Cream of Chicken soup

    1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix

    In crockpot layer pork chops,

    add the cream of chicken soup,

    then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over.

     

    Cover and cook on high for 4 hours

    OR Low for 6 hours.

    The pork chops come out very tender and

    the flavor is amazing!

    You also get a good gravy for mashed potatoes

  6. Cheesy Crockpot Cowboy Casserole

     

    Ingredients

     

    1/4 cup diced onion

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash

    1 lbs small red potatoes, sliced thin (about 4-5 small red potatoes),

    1 can of cream of mushroom soup

    1 lb ground beef browned and drained

    1 can of diced tomatoes with liquid

    1 cup canned corn, drained

    1 can dark red kidney beans, drained

     

    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

     

    Directions

     

     

     

    1. Place all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 4- 6 quart crockpot and stir well.

     

    2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.

    Uncover crock-pot and sprinkle shredded cheese over top and recover

    and let cook an additional 30 minutes.

  7. Texas Trash Warm Bean Dip

     

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1 cup sour cream

    2 cans (16 ounces, each) refried beans

    1 packet taco seasoning

    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    2 cups Monterrey jack cheese, shredded

    DIRECTIONS:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl.

    Mix in refried beans until combined.

    Stir in taco seasoning.

    Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.

    Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.

    Sprinkle the top with both cheeses.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese in melted and slightly browned.

    Serve with tortilla chips

     

    I make it in my crockpot.

    Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Wing Dip

     

    Ingredients

     

    1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter

    2 tablespoons minced garlic

    2 pounds shredded cooked chicken

    4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

     

    2 cups creamy Parmesan salad dressing

    1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

    2-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

     

    Directions

     

    Mix butter and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until butter is melted.

    Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is heated through, 2 to 4 minutes.

    Stir cream cheese, Parmesan salad dressing,

    and vinegar into chicken mixture; cook until well-blended and warm,

    about 5 minutes. Mix 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese

    into chicken mixture; transfer to a slow cooker.

    Sprinkle remaining Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese over dip.

    Cook on Low until hot and bubbling, 30 to 40 minutes.

    Grilled Meatloaf Burgers

     

    These burgers mimic the flavor of meatloaf but cook in far less time.

    Serves 4

     

    You can substitute equal parts ground beef and ground pork for the meatloaf mix.

    Ingredients

     

    1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix

    1 large egg

    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

    Salt and pepper

    1/2 cup ketchup

    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

    2 teaspoons cider vinegar

    4 hamburger buns

     

    Instructions

  10. French-Fried Onion Meatloaf

    Ingredients

     

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef

    2 eggs, beaten

    1/4 cup ketchup

    3/4 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

    1/2 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix

    1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

     

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

     

    In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup,stuffing mix,

    ranch dressing mix and fried onions.

    Shape into loaf and fit into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

     

    Bake, covered loosely with foil for 50 to 60 minutes

    or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

  11. Recipe for Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad

    Stir together:

    1 bag of miniature marshmallows
    16 oz of vanilla yogurt
    1 regular size tub of cool whip
    1 package of nobake cheese cake filling

    Stir in
    1-2 containers of sliced up strawberries
    3-4 sliced up bananas

    Other fruits can be substituted or added as desired

    Best served chilled and same day due to nanner discoloration lol

  12.  Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole


    Ingredients:

    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
    1 (3 oz.)bag bacon pieces
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken
    breasts, diced
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup milk
    salt & pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    Spray slow cooker with nonstick
    cooking spray.
    Layer half of the frozen tater tots
    on the bottom of the slow cooker.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon pieces.
    Now top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese.
    Add diced chicken on top.
    Season with salt & pepper.
    Now add 1/3 of the bacon pieces and
    another 1/3 of shredded cheese.
    Put the rest of the frozen tater tots on top.
    Finish with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheese
    and remaining 1/3 of bacon pieces.
    Pour 3/4 cup milk all over the top.

    Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours.
    Check it at the 4 hour mark as some slo-cookers
    do cook faster than other.
     

  13. Crockpot Taco Soup

    Ingredients
    1 lb Ground Beef, cooked and drained
    1 can corn
    1 can Great Northern Beans(white)
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Red Beans
    1 can Diced Tomatos
    1 Hidden Valley Ranch packet
    1 Taco seasoning packet
    2 cups water
    Corn Chips
    Sour Cream
    Shredded Cheese
    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in Crockpot except Corn Chips,
    Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream.

    **Do not drain any of the cans. Stir and cover with lid.
    Cook on low 6-8 hours.
    Serve with corn chips,cheese and sour cream.
     

  14. Crock-Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup

     

    Ingredients

     

    1 to 1.5 lbs Cooked Chicken, chunked or shredded

    2 Cups Chopped Carrots

    1 Cup Frozen Peas

    1 Small Onion , chopped

    3 Tablespoons Stick Butter

    1/8 Teaspoon Salt

    1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

    1/4 Teaspoon Garlic

    Pinch of Thyme

    2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

    4 Cups White Milk

    1 Cup Chicken Broth

    1/2-3/4 Cup Flour

     

    Instructions

     

    Add all ingredient but the flour to the crock-pot.

    Cook on low for 5 hours.

    Add in flour slowly whisking as you add.

    Add in more or less depending on how thick you want it.

    Cook on low for 1 additional hour.

    Serve

    I add pot pie noodles to mine.

  15. Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

     

    Uncooked traditional lasagna noodles

    4 boneless, cooked chicken breast halves, chopped

    1 jar prepared pasta sauce

    1 cup buffalo wing sauce

    3 red, yellow or orange bell peppers

    1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese

    2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)

    1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

    1/4 cup water

     

    Use at least a 5-quart crock pot.

     

    In a large glass bowl, combine chopped chicken breasts, pasta sauce and buffalo wing sauce.

     

    Ladle a large spoonful of the sauce into the bottom of the crock pot. Cover with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, broken to fit properly.

     

    Add a bit of ricotta cheese to the top of the noodles. Add a layer of chopped bell peppers. Sprinkle on a handful of shredded cheese.

     

    Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients.

     

    Add the blue cheese crumbles, if desired. Put the 1/4 cup water into the empty pasta sauce jar and shake. Pour the liquid over the top of the entire lasagna.

     

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. When cooking time is complete, unplug and take off the lid of the crock. Let it sit for 20 minutes before cutting into it, or it will fall apart.

     

  16. Biscuit Breakfast Bake

     

    10 eggs

    1/2 cup milk

    16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used the Pillsbury flakey kind) ***DO NOT COOK FIRST***

    4 scallions (green onions, spring onions, whatever you prefer to call them)

    1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

  17. Bacon Cheeseburger Soup - Crockpot

    Ingredients
    1lb ground beef browned
    2lb Velveeta
    2lb shredded hash browns
    6-10cooked bacon strips crumbled
    30oz. Chicken broth
    Directions

    Put all in the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours
    I use a 2 4oz packs of bacon crumbles.
