i can't believe you have a f emale cat and she has't driven you crazy being she isn't fixed, I had too get mine fixed right away, the crying was nervewracking!!
 

I thought I was done firebuilding, but I've had one going for the past 3 days now. Just too damp and chilly!

I remember my grandpa beheading them and they flop around, no, mine come from the store, someone else can do the dirty work.

I use Italian bread crumbs, adds flavor and filler, stretches it a bit!
I like some good seasons salad dressing mix in mine(dry)

Thanks ladies, I knew i could find an answer here. Yes Phoebe that is what mine looks like, I always cut off the flower part, I think that just reseeds more. I should plant some under my pines, I can't get anything to grow good there, and it would certainly look better than the weeds that are currently there!

Update:  All seems well this morning. He's up to his normal shenigans. Let him out, chased him off the deck, He peed and  I called him in, so he ran away, so I waited a few min, then he came in, I know he pooped during the night, because I stepped in it, . My kleenex was all ripped apart on the carpet, and my bra was lying in the hallway. He ate and drank. I'm glad he's feeling better. thanks for all your concern and advise everyone!

i think it will come back, lavendar or petee can probably say for sure. Maybe find some wire and put around it
