jaman
What is the average life of even a "Good" car battery? I have one that had a 24 month/ 5 year proration that didnt start this weekend. Bought almost 3 years ago. Interstate. A friend told me once you have to start jumping it it means a cell is going bad. Time for a new one. larry01
Hi there. Take it to an auto parts store like on the blvd and they will check your charging system for free. Battery warranties are most likely pro-rated on a suggested list price so after X amount of time you are paying too much. Good luck.
Petee
Till you can get that one checked out, take it out of the car for the night and put it inside, or add a battery charger. It's best to just replace it. Buy with a good warranty, not a cheapo battery.
Jeff
Definitely have your charging system checked.... Interstate batteries are usually pretty good and last, but like everything out there can have a bad one once in a while. Plus that extreme cold we had will test even the best battery. watoos
I don't know that much about car batteries, but my daddy told me to buy the one with the most cranking amps.
