Good News of the Week, June 9, 2021:

1. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) has announced that he will vote against Democrats’ sweeping election reform bill, “For the People Act.”  He has faced expected Democrat backlash for this, but he is not being swayed.

2. As of Wednesday afternoon, 80% of the ballots have been counted in the Maricopa County, AZ audit.

3. Delegates from six states –PA, GA, CO, AK, VA and NV–have already visited the Arizona audit facility.  Delegates from other states will tour the facility later in the week.

4. Several people have been subpoenaed in Fulton County, Georgia, for their activities in the 2020 election.  These include Ruby Freeman, who was caught on tape scanning ballots multiple times and her daughter, Shaye Moss, who told GOP observers to go home and then pulled suitcases of ballots out from under a table.

5. The Georgia GOP approved a resolution to censure Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for failing to perform his duties and for undermining the security of the 2020 election in Georgia.

6. Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill into law that increased the penalty for intentionally altering ballots or election reports to a second-degree felony.  These crimes can now land people in jail for up to 20 years.

7. The border town of McAllen, TX, which is 85% Hispanic, elected their first Republican mayor in 24 years.  Republicans also held two other mayoral seats in the DFW area and had major wins in DFW-area school board races amid a raging battle over critical race theory.

8. President Trump was back in campaign mode mode at the NC GOP State Convention Saturday and millions of people tuned in to watch.  More than two million watched on RSBN and 1.8M watched on Newsmax.  You can watch the full speech on RSBNetwork.com.

9. Social media’s censorship and bans have not hindered President Trump from getting his messages out.  According to a NY Times analysis, 11 of his 89 statements after the bans have attracted as many likes or shares as before he was banned.

10. The US Supreme Court unanimously ruled that immigrants who entered our Country illegally and then were granted Temporary Protected Status are not eligible to apply for “green cards” to remain in the US permanently.  If someone enters the US illegally, they will not be rewarded with permanent citizenship.

11. Kamala Harris traveled to Guatemala to discuss the border crisis with their president.  She was greeted with huge banners of, “Kamala, TRUMP WON,” “Kamala Go Home” and “Kamala Mind Your own Business.” Guatemala’s president blamed Biden’s change in Trump’s message for the rapid border crisis.

12. The criminal investigation into NY Governor Andrew Cuomo’s “cover-up” of COVID-19 deaths at state nursing homes continues.  Federal prosecutors have subpoenaed communications, contracts and documents used during the pitching process of his memoir to aid their investigation.

13. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis continues to protect individual rights.  He threatened to enforce FL law on cruise companies which would fine them $5,000 every time they asked for proof of vaccination.  This forced Royal Caribbean to change its stance.  You may now sail with them unvaccinated.

14. Governor DeSantis went on the offense and signed two bills that will combat the influence of foreign adversaries.  One bill bans Confucius Institutes on university and college campuses, and the other creates new criminal offenses for the theft and trafficking of trade secrets.

15. The United Nations has suspended Iran’s voting rights after it failed to pay $16M in dues.

16. The best news of all is that Jesus laid down His life for you and me.  Jesus said, “As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father, and I lay down My life for the sheep.” John 10:15

Spoiler

Two passengers aboard the first fully-vaccinated cruise ship in North America have tested positive for COVID-19.

Celebrity Millennium issued this statement Thursday:

“Today two guests sharing a stateroom onboard Celebrity Millennium tested positive for COVID-19 while conducting the required end of cruise testing. The individuals are asymptomatic and currently in isolation and being monitored by our medical team. We are conducting contact tracing, expediting testing for all close contacts and closely monitoring the situation.

Celebrity Millennium is sailing with fully vaccinated crew and guests and following comprehensive protocols that align with our destination partners and exceed CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of our guests. All guests on Celebrity Millennium were required to show proof of vaccination as well as a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours before sailing from St. Maarten this past Saturday. This situation demonstrates that our rigorous health and safety protocols work to protect our crew, guests and the communities we visit.”

Spoiler

We were treated to what at first appeared to be rare mea culpa this week as reporters read the Department of the Interior inspector general’s report on the riots and police response in Lafayette Park last summer and appeared shocked to find that the Park Police and Attorney General Bill Barr and even President Donald Trump were telling the truth when they said the crowd was going to be dispersed before police knew the president was thinking of coming down there.

It’s rare to see what looks remotely like self-reflection in our self-obsessed corporate media, so it would be nice to nod and smile and move on, but is it an acknowledgement of error — or is it even basic self-reflection — if the sin isn’t addressed all all? As in, if the problem isn’t admitted? Because on June 1, 2020 (and what followed), corporate media didn’t simply get it wrong, they flagrantly and shamelessly lied to Americans in order to hurt the president.

But first, a quick montage of the coverage.

Not all of these anchors or reporters were in Washington (and a lot of them didn’t think it safe to travel in June unless you were going to a protest or a riot or one of George Floyd’s funerals), but many were in D.C., and all have correspondents in the city. That’s important, because to get in front of the cameras at the White House press briefing, as Jim Acosta did every chance he had, or to pose for the live camera shots on top of the nearby Chamber of Commerce, these reporters and pundits had to walk through the streets — and the mob that controlled them.

That means they heard the drumming and the curses and the threats and the screams and the howls of the mob whenever confronted by police or close enough to the White House to vent their rage.

That means they saw the shattered windows and empty businesses and spray painted profanities and revolutionary threats and burned church and smashed cars and trash-strewn streets of the city.

That means they maybe even saw the rioters trying to pull down the beautiful statue of Lafayette, or maybe at least saw the empty and defaced pedestals nearby of those statues the mob successfully claimed.

That means they maybe even dodged the occasional projectiles when bricks and glass bottles and full soda cans and fireworks were thrown into police lines after the sun went down.

And all that means they knew full well what this “peaceful protest” was about, and they had to walk past its rich, poor, and working-class victims every day they went to get on camera.

That means they heard this, and they saw it, and they chose to lie to you about it.

I know this because I’ve lived here in Washington for 17 years now. I work here, I’m lucky enough to own a home here, and I care about this city, and my friends, our neighbors, our churches, and our businesses, and the bartenders who served us beer, and John who still walked us to our lunch table long after he could have retired, and the policemen who kept the streets clean then stood there each night under an assault of abuse and a violent barrage of hurled objects.

I love this city, so I walked those streets before and just after the riots — and in the months that dragged on afterwards all the way until Donald Trump was defeated and our local businesses could go back to not being afraid of the mob.

I saw the spray paint on the office my friend was proud to buy for his company, and on the restaurants and hotels and coffee shops. I saw the shattered windows and the wooden barricades and the young and old men trying to clean it up with power hoses and sponges. And I saw the elderly couples being walked from their cars to the hotel they were staying in by doormen who knew the “peaceful protesters” in the park smoking pot and banging on drums and threatening passersby and police weren’t peaceful at all.

White House reporters knew all of that too.

Little better exemplifies the combination of Washington’s self-obsessed nature with its complete lack of self-reflection like Politico Playbook, which Thursday morning — the morning after the IG report that upended a full year of media lies — began its newsletter with the “must-read of the day.”

That story, a Bloomberg story, was called “Welcome To The Trump Coast,” and was all about the “alternate universe” and “denial” of the former president’s life and friends down in Mar-a-Lago. The Playbook excerpt attacked the president’s “insular feedback loop,” which they said was “amplified by his worship of validation” from reporters he agreed with, and which “doesn’t appear to likely to diminish” in the coming years.

Only 17 paragraphs (and an advertisement from Google) down did the reader learn anything about that embarrassing Lafayette Park business in the IG report. The report, and the fake acknowledgment, got one paragraph before it was onto “CNN’s Secret Fight With The Justice Department.”

The president may have moved down to Florida, but there is an insular feedback loop in Washington that is indeed amplified by a worship of validation from reporters it agrees with, and which truly doesn’t appear likely to diminish in the coming years. For corporate media to see that would take a little self-reflection — and a true apology for lying to the entire country.

And it isn’t coming.

2021-06-10_16-33-53.jpg

Here is your “Good News of the Week.”  We are WINNING on many fronts.  There will be MANY more wins, so take courage!

Good News of the Week, June 13, 2021:

1. Delegates from 13 states have now toured the audit facility in Maricopa County, AZ, and more will follow.  President Trump is encouraging states not to be intimidated or suppressed and to show courage under fire.

2. The hand recount is wrapping up in Maricopa.  Many ballots are missing.  Huge discrepancies are expected between the number of ballots certified and the number available to be counted.

3. Attorney General Merrick Garland threatened to get involved in the Arizona audit, but Arizona lawmakers were not intimidated.  Instead, AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers warned the AG, “You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison.”

4. As of May 14, 2021, legislators had introduced 389 election integrity bills across 48 states.  Twenty-two bills had already been enacted, 61 are moving through legislatures and 32 have passed at least one chamber.  There will be more.

5. The Fake News Media has been forced to admit several times lately that President Trump was right.  Trump issued a fiery statement listing their top ten lies then expanded on his statement via a satellite appearance at Mike Lindell’s “MAGA Frank Rally” in Wisconsin yesterday.  You can watch his speech at RSBNetwork.com.

6. Another MSM false narrative has been debunked.  MSM repeatedly lied and said that President Trump cleared Lafayette Square by ordering protestors to be tear gassed so that he could have his photo taken in front of St. John’s Church.  The DOJ Inspector General just released a report showing that President Trump had nothing to do with it.  It was all lies.

7. More video has surfaced of US Capitol Police (USCP) allowing people into the building January 6th.  Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) is asking all the right questions and demanding answers and security footage from the Acting Chief of USCP, Yogananda Pittman.

8. Kamala Harris’ trip to Guatemala and Mexico was so bad that even the MSM was forced to report the disaster.  CNN is also reporting that her poor performance has “left some administration officials quietly perplexed...”

9. Only 40% of likely American voters believe that Dr. Fauci has told the truth about US government funding for gain-of-function virus research.

10. The Florida Board of Education has banned the teaching of Critical Race Theory and the “1619 Project” in their public schools.

11. In 2017 through 2020, President Trump’s DOJ was secretly surveilling at least a dozen people associated with the House Intelligence Committee.  This was part of an investigation to determine who was leaking classified information out of Congress to the Fake News Media in order to drive the Trump/Russia hoax.  Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell were among those surveilled.

12. Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that Texas will immediately begin building border barriers along stretches of the Rio Grande where immigrants are easily crossing into our Country illegally.  Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers is trying to get this done in Arizona, too.

13. Nickelodeon has been aggressively trying to sexualize our children the last few years.  This has lead to a ratings collapse.  The channel was averaging 1.2M viewers per week in 2017, but they now average less than a third of that.

14. Soccer fans around the world are booing players as they “take the knee” before games to highlight racial injustice.  Several countries have formally announced that their players will not be pressured to conform.

15. Anti-woke rapper Tom MacDonald went mega-viral again with his new song, “Snowflakes.”  The song is number one on iTunes and has more than six million views in its first week on YouTube.   Tom is a huge voice to wake up our youth.

16. The best news is that “God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:17

Spoiler

In a stunning admission about the critical chain of custody documents for absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes in the November 3, 2020 election, a Fulton County election official told The Georgia Star News on Wednesday that “a few forms are missing” and that “some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced.”

A Star News analysis of drop box ballot transfer forms for absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes provided by Fulton County in response to an Open Records Request showed that 385 transfer forms out of an estimated 1,565 transfer forms Fulton County said should have been provided are missing – a number that is significantly greater than “a few” by any objective standard.

On Sunday, The Star News published a story which included the files containing digital images of the 1,180 transfer forms that Fulton County did provide. Those digital images can be viewed here.

This is the first time that any election official at either the state or county level from a key battleground state has made an admission of significant error in election procedures for the November 3, 2020 election.

The admission of missing chain of custody documents by a Fulton County official is important for several reasons that cut to the very core of public confidence in the outcome of the 2020 presidential election:

  • President Biden was certified as the winner of Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes in the 2020 election by the narrow margin of less than 12,000 votes over former President Donald Trump out of a total of 5 million votes cast statewide.
  • The total number of absentee ballots whose chain of custody was purportedly documented in these 385 missing Fulton County absentee ballot transfer forms was 18,901, more than 6,000 votes greater than the less than 12,000 vote margin of Biden’s certified victory in the state.
  • Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has taken no action in 156 of Georgia’s 159 counties to secure copies of any absentee ballot drop box transfer forms and review them for accuracy and consistency with reported absentee ballot vote counts. In April his office announced investigations into three small counties that “failed to do their absentee ballot transfer forms” in the November 2020 election in compliance with rules and regulations.
  • More than seven months after the November 3 election, 28 Georgia counties have failed to respond at all to The Star News Open Records Requests to produce absentee ballot drop box transfer forms. To date, The Star News has obtained absentee ballot drop box forms from 59 counties that provide chain of custody documentation for 266,492 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes during the November 3, 2020 election, which means that no chain of custody documentation has been produced for about 333,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes out of an estimated 600,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes during that election.
  • As The Star News reported on Sunday, “These absentee ballots are at the center of a lawsuit filed by Garland Favorito and eight other Georgia residents, who have sued Fulton County to produce these ballots for a forensic audit. Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled in May that this audit could proceed, but allowed the plaintiffs to review only the digital images of these 145,000 absentee ballots. . .  An estimated 145,000 absentee ballots – between 75,000 and 78,000 of which were originally deposited in drop boxes and between 67,000 and 70,000 of which were sent via the United States Postal Service – were transferred from the centralized counting facility at the State Farm Arena in downtown Atlanta to the EPC [the Election Preparation Center warehouse located at 1365 English St. NW, Atlanta]  at some point after the counting of votes for the November 3 election was completed. . . Fulton County subsequently filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and Judge Amero put the audit on hold. Judge Amero has scheduled a hearing later this month to consider Fulton County’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit and stop the audit.”

The admission of missing chain of custody documents came as a response to The Star News follow-up to Fulton County’s incomplete responses to Open Records Requests for the transfer forms that document the chain of custody of absentee ballots placed by voters into 37 drop boxes installed through Fulton County over the 41-day November 2020 presidential election period that began on September 24 and ended on November 3, election day.

“As we review the documents provided to you and our daily log.  We noticed that a few forms are missing, it seems when 25 plus core personnel were quarantined due to positive COVID-19 outbreak at the EPC, some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced,” Mariska Bodison (pictured above) of Fulton County Registration & Elections told The Star News in a statement emailed on Wednesday, June 9.

Ms. Bodison is the Board Secretary for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections. Richard Barron is the Election Director for Fulton County Registration & Elections.

Seven months after the election, Fulton County has failed to provide the transfer forms for approximately 19,000 drop box absentee ballots, The Star News has reported.

The transfer forms are a requirement of the State Election Board Emergency Rule 83-1-14-0.8-.14, promulgated by the State Election Board on July 1, 2020, to document the critical chain of custody of absentee ballots collected from drop boxes and transferred to the county registrar.

The Star News made an initial open records request to Fulton County election officials in December 2020 and subsequent follow-up requests to obtain all of the transfer forms.  On two occasions, Fulton County provided numerous documents.

The first time, in February 2021, Fulton County provided two PDF files with labels ending in “BX1” and BX3.”

Not only did it appear that a file with a label ending in “BX2” was missing, the number of ballots represented on the transfer forms fell far short of the estimated number of ballots deposited in the drop boxes.

The Star News followed up with Fulton County, pointing out the incomplete records.

Fulton County responded in early May by opting to provide a thumb drive they said included a re-scan all of the documents from their first attempt plus those that were missing, rather than providing the “BX2” file or just the missing transfer forms.

The thumb drive contained 30 files of drop box transfer forms, and also also included a spreadsheet that Fulton County used to document the number of absentee ballots and the ballot applications collected from the 37 drop boxes over the 41-day voting period. According to that spreadsheet, those 30 files should have contained 1,565 drop box transfer forms.

The Star News’s detailed analysis of the files provided by Fulton County revealed that they included only 1,180 drop box transfer forms provided chain of custody documents for 59,042 absentee ballots placed into drop boxes.

Yet, the Fulton County spreadsheet showed that about 79,000 absentee ballots were collected from drop boxes (When a mathematical error in the Fulton County spreadsheet that double counted a number of votes is corrected, the total number of absentee ballots Fulton County says were collected from drop boxes is about 75,000.)

On May 17, The Star News notified Fulton County via email that transfer forms for about 25 percent of the absentee ballots placed into drop boxes where chain of custody documentation in the form of 385 drop box transfer forms were still missing.

The Star News’ email to Fulton County can be read here:

Dear Fulton County,

We are in receipt of a thumb drive which we picked up in person from your office on May 3, 2021 that contains scans of documents responsive to our Open Records Request Reference No: R002457-040821 for chain of custody ballot transfer forms for absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes in Fulton County for the November 3 election.

We have reviewed those documents, and it appears that you provided documentation for about 59,000 ballots. The accompanying spreadsheet you provided – a file named “Copy of Absentee Ballot Drop Box – Daily Count – November 3 2020.xlsx” – said there were about 78,000 ballots cast in the November 3, 2020 election.

Please:
(1) Provide us with the “missing” documentation on these 19,000 ballots
(2) Explain the discrepancy

Thank you,

Tiffany Morgan
The Georgia Star News

After initially replying that they needed more time to review the request, Fulton County responded on June 9, which included the stunning admission of the misplaced paperwork.

As we review the documents provided to you and our daily log.  We noticed that a few forms are missing, it seems when 25 plus core personnel were quarantined due to positive COVID-19 outbreak at the EPC, some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced.

Please feel free to contact me at if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Mariska Bodison

Registration & Elections

On October 15, Fox 5 Atlanta reported on the COVID-19 outbreak at the Fulton County Elections Preparation Center (EPC), located at 1365 English St. NW, Atlanta, where 13 of 60 employees tested positive between October 13 and 15.

People who work in the warehouse are involved with logic and accuracy testing, packing supply boxes and collecting ballot drop boxes, according to the Fox 5 report.

The report, however, appears to contradict what Fulton County election officials are now saying, in terms of the numbers of employees quarantined and the impact to the work.

“Despite the news, county officials reassure there is no disruption to the work,” Fox 5 reported.

In fact, Fulton County Director of Registration and Elections Richard Barron said, “Processing absentee ballots.  No there has been no delay.  With regard to logic and accuracy testing, the only delay was probably yesterday when they were getting tested.”

On October 21, Barron told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that all of the staff working at the EPC had been moved to work out of the World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Fulton County’s emailed response to The Star News also seems to downplay the importance of the chain of custody documents by referring to the transfer forms as “procedural paperwork.”

Even though Fulton County officials first agreed that forms were missing, they then went on to disagree with the numbers The Star News presented to them.

We do not agree with the 19,000 you referenced in your inquiry.  Please advise at how you derived at this number and we will investigate.

As The Star News reported, using the Fulton County spreadsheet as a guide, at least 385 transfer forms providing chain of custody documentation for 18,901  ballots have yet to be provided by Fulton County.

In addition to random absentee ballot collections for which the transfer forms were not provided, there were at least five full days – October 7, 9, 10, 11 and 20 – for which no transfer forms have been provided.  Four of those dates were before the COVID-19 quarantine cited by the Fulton County election official as the cause for the “misplaced paperwork.”

This copy of the Fulton County spreadsheet, which The Star News has highlighted in yellow, shows the 385 drop box collections and associated 18,901 absentee ballots for which no transfer forms have been provided by Fulton County.

Fulton-Co_ballot-transfer-form-spreadshe

Further information on the absentee ballot drop box transfer forms provided by Fulton County is detailed in a spreadsheet compiled and reported on by The Star News here.

In April, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that just three small Georgia counties–Coffee, Grady, and Taylor –“failed to do their absentee ballot transfer forms” in compliance with Georgia Rules and Regulations. Raffensperger’s office made no effort to review the manner in which several other much larger counties that The Star News previously reported were in violation of the State Election Board’s Emergency Code Rule; specifically Cobb County, DeKalb County and Fulton County.

Raffensperger’s spokesman, Ari Schaffer, however, admitted to The Star News that the Secretary of State’s office never looked at the chain of custody documents, they merely “confirmed with the relevant counties that they had them.”

Earlier this month, the Georgia GOP convention censured Secretary of State Raffensperger for “dereliction of his Constitutional duty.” That dereliction of duty included, “Undermining the security of our elections by allowing mass mailings of absentee applications by his office and third parties which created opportunities for fraud and overwhelmed election offices; rendering accurate signature matching nearly impossible; allowing ballot drop boxes without proper chain of custody; and ignoring sworn affidavits and disregarding evidence of voter fraud,” (emphasis added).

CDC ACKNOWLEDGES HEART RISKS TO YOUNG PEOPLE, MUST DISCONTINUE COVID-19 VACCINATION IN PEOPLE ≤ 30

STATEMENT FROM AFLDS

LOS ANGELES, CA – America’s Frontline Doctors released the following statement today in response to the announcement by the Centers for Disease Control that they will hold a June 18th emergency meeting of The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice (ACIP) to address increased rates of inflammation of the heart muscle and heart lining after COVID-19 vaccination, particularly in young people. In a June 10th meeting the CDC disclosed, as of May 31, 475 cases of myocarditis/pericarditis were reported to VAERS of Americans age 30 and younger. The conditions called myocarditis and pericarditis can cause permanent heart damage. AFLDS is currently suing the Dept. of Health and Human Services to prevent additional emergency use authorizations of COVID-19 vaccines.

“It’s long past time that the CDC acknowledged there are hundreds of cases involving young people who have been vaccinated. Almost all of these children require hospitalization and 20% have reduced heart function. The children/youths will need to be on heart failure drugs and no physical activity for 3-6 months to try to prevent permanent heart failure. The CDC must immediately suspend any additional authorizations for the use of COVID-19 vaccines in children. If an otherwise healthy 12-year-old suffers heart damage after receiving these vaccines, their life will never be the same. These conditions can change a young person’s healthy heart to that of a frail 70 year old overnight. It continues to be unfortunate that the CDC refuses to acknowledge risks and mounting adverse events until they are forced to by rising cases.

“Pediatric Medical Director for America’s Frontline Doctors, Dr Angie Farella submitted a letter to CDC for review on this very issue. She wrote, “Vaccines take years to safely test. Its not only the number of people tested but the length of time that is important when creating new vaccines. These experimental agents must not be rushed and licensed early, before the completion of all trials.”

“The risk to children from COVID-19 is statistically insignificant, yet the nation’s medical bureaucracy and Big Pharma continue to put our children at risk to push an experimental agent that is not medically necessary. Parents, physicians and elected officials must stand up for our nation’s children now before we find more damage has been done at the hands of politicized science.”
