Russell, Age 74 of DuBois, PA died Saturday, September 11, 2021 at McKinley Health Care in Brookville, PA. Born on September 6, 1947 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Rose (Petrucci) Calderone. On January 20, 1968, he married her husband of 53 years, Donald E. Russell. He survives. Mary was a 1965 graduate of DuBois Central Catholic High School. She retired from Riverside Penn Traffic as an office assistant for the buying department after over 20 years of service. She had also worked for the DuBois Regional Medical Center. Mary was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed reading. Above all, she loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by a son (Sean Russell of Rathmel, PA), a daughter (Dawn Marie Russell of DuBois, PA), 2 grandchildren (James & Paisley Russell), 3 great grandchildren (Connor, Ava, & Jim Russell) and a brother (Frank Calderone of DuBois, PA). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10 a.m. from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Catherine Cemetery. Memorials may be place with the Gateway Humane Society, P. O. Bos 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840 and/or St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, 118 South State St., DuBois, PA 15801.
