Davis, age 62 of Luthersburg, PA died Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on April 4, 1959 at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH, he was the son of the late James E. Davis and Joan E. (Guisler) Davis. His mother survives. Sam was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He had earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and had worked as an Electrical Engineer. Sam enjoyed golfing and skiing. Sam is survived by his children (Steven Sadet & his wife Starlet of Loganville, GA, Cristian Davis and Amanda Davis both of Arden, NC), 5 brothers (James Davis & his wife Charlene of Rockton, PA, David and Daniel Davis both of Luthersburg, PA, William Davis of Treasure Lake, PA and Joel Davis and his wife Isabel of Rigby, ID) and 1 sister (Jennifer Light of Wernersville, PA). Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 6 – 8 PM from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11 AM from the funeral home with Pastor Rick Howe officiating. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed by going to www.facebook.com/baronickfuneralhome. Full military honors will be accorded by the members of the DuBois Area Honor Guard.
