Administrators Pompeii Posted January 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2022 Mary C. Bolink, age 83 of Dubois PA died Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Dubois Nursing Home. Born on March 1, 1938 in Connellsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Maxwell) Skelley. On June 28, 1996 she married John Bolink. He survives. Mary retired as a caregiver from the DuBois Nursing Home after 17 years of service. She was a member of Smithtown Community Church. Mary enjoyed visiting with family and friends, going to church and reading. Mary liked picnics, shopping, taking the dog for a walk and most of all enjoyed her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her children (Paul Dusch & his wife Gail of Grayville, IL; Karen Lindemuth & her husband David of Hazen, PA; Barbara Brumbaugh & her husband Dave of Williamsport, PA; and John Bolink & his wife Shriene of Logantown, PA), 8 grandchildren (Joelle Leech, Justin Dusch, Kassie Oxford, Brian Leech, Isabella & Evan Brumbaugh, and Cacey & Maggie Bolink), 5 great grandchildren and 1 sister (Denise Hetherington of Erie, PA). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. from Smithtown Community Church with Pastor Harold Hills officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery.
