A Lancaster County judge on Wednesday signed an arrest warrant for a Lincoln man who police say fled to Canada as police investigated sexual abuse allegations against the 56-year-old, authorities said in court records. Issa Augustino has been charged with third-degree sexual assault of a child and felony child abuse, but remains at large, with recent bank activity indicating he is now in Canada.

Kelsey Boren, a 31-year-old Veneta resident, was arraigned Friday on two first-degree counts of encouraging child sexual abuse and one count of using a child in a display of sexually explicit content. A Bogalusa man was arrested for having hundreds of pornographic photos containing children on his work phone, Hammond police said Friday. A federal judge in the Southern District of California partially unsealed an indictment today in which four individuals are charged with conspiracy, interstate and foreign travel or transportation in aid of racketeering (ITAR), money laundering, making a false statement to a mortgage lender, and wire fraud for conduct associated with owning and operating five illicit massage businesses that sell commercial sex under the guise of offering therapeutic massage services in California and Arizona.
