Administrators Pompeii Posted July 6, 2022 Administrators Share Posted July 6, 2022 Jacquelyn (Jackie) Kightlinger, age 86 of DuBois, PA died Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Christ The King Manor. Born on January 8, 1936, in Corry, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Josephine (Hicks) Weicht, and sister to Sandy Oyer (deceased) and Thomas Weicht. Jackie was raised in Corry, graduated from Corry Area High School in 1953, and received her Associated Degree in Accounting from the Jamestown Business School in Jamestown, New York. Beloved wife of Dr. James Kightlinger, D.O., for over 65 years, Jackie was a devoted mother to seven children who she raised to honor and love the Lord. A devout Catholic, Jackie was a member of St. Michael The Archangel Roman Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Society and Outreach Group. Jackie is survived by her husband Jim, her brother, Thomas Weicht and his wife Margaret, Jackie’s seven children: David Kightlinger and his wife Joanne, Douglas Kightlinger and his wife Michelle, Jami Williamson and her husband Douglas, Jon T. Kightlinger, Jan Jennings and her husband Myrland, Linda Storz, and Eric Kightlinger and his wife; along with thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 10th, 2022, from 2 PM – 4 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., at 211 South Main Street, DuBois, PA 15801. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 11th, 2022, at 10 AM at St. Michael The Archangel Roman Catholic Church with Father Benjamin Daghir as celebrant. Burial will take place in Pinegrove Cemetery, Corry, PA. Memorial donations may be made to St. Michael The Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 118 South State Street, DuBois, PA 15801.
