Administrators Pompeii Posted January 10 Author Administrators Share Posted January 10 Ok… so here is what’s going on with Trumps case… First and foremost, Trump will not put Trump in jail, on probation, or even fines. • Trump was charged with "unconditional discharge" —— NY Penal Law 65.20: "When the court imposes a sentence of unconditional discharge, the defendant shall be released with respect to the conviction for which the sentence is imposed without imprisonment, fine, or probation supervision. A sentence of unconditional discharge is, for all purposes, a final judgment of conviction." • All of this really does is label him a felon in name only. —— just for media headlines —— just for them to gloat —— just for the uneducated public who never reads past the headlines. > BUT this is what’s going to happen next I suspect… so bookmark this. • Here’s the beauty in all of this… he NEVER would have gotten the chance to clear his name if this was left floating into his presidency… • This case, because he’s a “convicted felon” now, will be appealed. And he will do so effectively, and mark my words — he will be fully exonerated. > The golden boomerang will come back to bite them in the ass. • Donald Trump’s Unconstitutional Gag Order has now been lifted. Get ready for him to spit fire. • Now Officially, this sets a major precedent that presidents can be felons. Hello darkness my old friend… Bush? Obama? Clinton?
