According to articles on the WPXI and WTAE web sites, Joann Fabrics will be closing the store in DuBois.

I would have thought with my wife shopping in DuBois it would have saved that store.

Yes, they both have fabric departments but the selection is limited. I shop at Joann's, Michael's and Hobby Lobby for sewing and craft items, each store offers a slightly different selection. Really sad to see the area losing Joann's and Michael's.

Walmart has pre-cut fabric (fat quarters I think they're called) in the craft department, but no longer do they have yard goods.

I wouldn't know. I wanted my dresses to be sexy to match my beard. Maybe the liberals would let me dance on stage with them. I would be famous

I have some leftover material (think velvet, satin, lace) from making prom dresses for my granddaughter, maybe we could dye your beard aqua or purple to match the fabric. Unfortunately you would probably fit right in with the liberals.

You bet, with the right dress, they would love me. If I cut of my Johnson I would be their heroine

State College, Altoona & Johnstown are closing also. This makes me very sad. 😢
