You have it pegged exactly Petee-it is frustration, the sense that there is no justice. OK, I get that we have to be patient for all to have their day in court. We also know that there were others involved in this. No further arrests, delay after delay after delay. I understand lawyers having time to study the case and prepare...but come on! I'm nobody-and as such, not that I would ever even consider doing something questionable-I would be rotting in a cell-and so would you. Transparency is something that is completely non-existent. Please, I'm begging you-prove me wrong.

It's a delay meant to give time for the innocent to prove their case.  Unfortunately, even those who are guilty use it, but so goes those who lie for money.  How do you separate them?

my issue, and I know it’s how the court system works… kinda.. they specifically said this delay was for the defense to review charges against and go through discovery… it’s never been mentioned before… so why do you need to review discovery this late into the game? That should have been being done for over a year now… you can’t tell me these firms the defense has hired doesn’t have the resources to go through discovery…

I still firmly believe the feds are trying to bankrupt him through lawyers fees and court costs.

not going to be surprised at all the see a deal made before trial ever happens

That's what I've been thinking all along. The defense has been asking for delay after delay while they seek a defense, any defense which has a chance of working. I'm guessing they haven't found one.

Related to that, I have great faith in the FBI's forensic auditors. I doubt the federal prosecutor would pursue the case were it not pretty clear who did what to whom.  .

Herm has ties to the deep state.. so honestly nothing would surprise me. Even with the FBI auditors.. especially with this investigation coming from the corrupt FBI.. hopefully the new director is on top on cases like these as well as the high priority ones in Washington

Is this perhaps intentional to set the stage for the accused to eventually say their counsel provided inadequate representation?  Just food for thought.

If you’re guilty and trying anything you can think of to get it dismissed… absolutely..

They have to state that there is potentially something new that they need to review. However, how important it is to the case is up to the judge.  Apparently he isn't swallowing any more of it.
