Petee Posted October 27 Posted October 27 As we were coming home from church today there was a long coal train moving toward DuBois and it reminded me of when they were a fairly common sight. They're certainly not beautiful but they make you happy because that's local money! I wonder if it was from the Rosebud Mine? It's nice to see activity like this and imagining it going through the tunnel at Sabula Dam. Does anyone know?

I saw one leaving Dubois going under the sandy bridge.. they commonly come and go through sabula to the mall area with coal.. this was the first one I seen in that side of town… usually it’s tankers and cargo cars being hauled out of town
