Satan rages at the speaking of truth.

I love how they skirted around the biggest contributing factor.  Yes, scouting has been dwindling over the years, but I think it's because they are not morally challenged to respect God.  Like Charlie Kirk was awakening college students and they responded to the secret to a good life, the scouts need moral leaders to raise them above the world and teach them the love of truth and HONOR!!   I know there were many great leaders out there but their hands were tied by lack of great support from the head office.  Teaching a kid how to make a fire is a critical skill, but teaching him who created fire.  Then you have given them a forever skill.

Penn State has never, for even a day, lacked for money.  They simply choose to use it for more glamorous things than the kids attending there.  The kids out here in the country were just dumped.  Some of them cannot afford to move to the main campus.  I'm sure getting them into the larger, "more free" area will give the college the chance to introduce/influence them in more worldly ways.  
They don't like to admit or advertise this, but it started as a school for farmers so they could manage their farms better. Farming is a Godly occupation, and this was support and growth for exactly that reason, growing the earth as God intended.  
I'm not sure if God is even permitted to be on the campus anymore.  His presence would annoy them mightily.

We will not be able to have another dog on this property for one year till the Parvo virus dies off naturally.  There is no way we could ever disinfect enough to make it safe for other dogs till then.

When the national Boy Scouts lost the lawsuit about the kids being molested, instead of the national higher ups paying the bill, they divided it up among all of the groups all over the United States and THEY have to pay an enormous amount to pay for what the top people allowed to happen.  Therefore, you will not see the program again as it was before.

Cheer Leaders are just cheerleaders.  There is nothing sexual about that unless those watching the show are looking for barely concealed butts and groins.  In that case, it's a sexual abomination.  What!!!!!   Who wants to see a man's parts anyway.  In they wear suitable bottoms, and that includes the girls, then rah,rah,rah!    Yea!
The cheers are for the players to encourage them to try harder and give them some encouragement.  
The one gay guy on our cheer squad was the Major Domo and he really did a good job, AND HE WORE A VERY HANDSOME FULL UNIFORM.  HE REALLY DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS SKILLED. 
It should be about honor, pride and the game.

Don't you think the referees are in on it too?  Why would they risk their jobs to deal with something that's not approved by their bosses?  Do you think they wear those headsets as an ornament?  They get orders from headquarters about when to step in and when not to.  
As I said, it's about entertainment now, not honor.

Who manufactured it?  That's my question.  Was it a business or the city workers?  Was it installed properly?  How did it fail; a puncture, crack, movement out of place, blockage?
This is the kind of stuff that makes citizens uncomfortable.  They are the final judges of what is right or wrong.  Yes, they elect persons to be in position of authority and "responsibility" to report accurately.  That's where a failure should NOT occur.

At least they tried.  I can give them credit for that.  However, had they asked the residents for their suggestions and then created the plans, maybe this could have been prevented, maybe not.  I do think a smaller and more delicate/elegant waterfall would have been sufficient, more interesting and easier to maintain.
I'm not sure if engineers were asked for help. but I'm sure there are tons of them in town.  I'd say, back to the drawing board.  Those huge stones were just too much and I don't think they dug far enough back into the slope.
Some of the upper landscaping features are phenomenal.  As far as the trees, there are way too many.  They're supposed to be special features, not long lines of tired looking place holders.  Some history and different species would have made the embankment interesting and prettier for more of the year.  I have no idea why the removed the beautiful little area at the college end of the embankment.  
I still see a bend in the wall that I don't think was supposed to be there, but I'm a nit-picker, and what do I know.
