Thank you.  With proper knowledge of the details, I would bet everyone would see the common sense of what needs to be done for everyone from the weakest to the strongest.  Isn't that what community is all about?

There will be a meeting this Saturday, August 19 at 11 am at the Hickory Grange Hall.  It is specifically for anyone who wants to work with circulating the petition.  There will be no debate.
The petition is to PAUSE the Consolidation till after the criminal decisions and the financial audits are all complete.  Once that is done, whether it takes months or years, then the question of whether the Consolidation should take place at all will be raised.

Yet another location may be available for those in Treasure Lake who are asking for a location near them.  Old 255 is right outside of the gate and may provide a place for people to easily pull off and sign, then go on their way.  I'll know by Monday.

So, for your business to stay profitable, you would still have to produce the same amount of product. Who would be handling the whips and chains?

There are flags specifically for this purpose on Amazon.  They could be embroidered by a local firm to be specific to the fire company they supported.  I suppose this could be a donation from the fire company they served when they died, but someone would have to organize it.

Yes, and this petition is in support of that motion but this is directly from the Sandy individuals.

This is to stop what they (and their unknown cohorts) were working to get from Sandy Township from happening while everyone else's attention is diverted by thinking it's all been resolved.  All we're asking is that someone lock the doors to more harm till everything stolen have been completely inventoried, all evidence is dug up and judged by a court of law.  I don't think that's asking too much at all.  Everything in both entities can proceed as usual, but all grants that were awarded which involved both DuBois and Sandy would be put on hold till after all of the audits, investigations, legal hearings, etc. are completed.  Then both entities would potentially have a chance to rethink their decisions in light of any and all new findings.
Thank you WMJ77.  I hope it's more peaceful there for you and your family.  The skilled job market is growing by leaps and bounds regardless of what anyone is saying.  I haven't heard of anyone with marketable skills not finding a job.

This petition is to stop any further opportunities for them to get in the backdoor for possibly years to come.
You can stop in at the Sandy Township Tax Collector during open hours to sign the petition.  Signatures are coming in.  I've already had to refill her petition supply.  Get up and get your butt on the bandwagon.  Don't complain about which way the wagon turn if you're not willing to help steer or push.

You're welcome to add a note from yourself to the Petition.  It will be separate but included in the package.

The building alarm should have been reset also.  How did Toni get in to find the money cache to begin with when this was already a criminal investigation?

Hubby and I always get our gas at Jim's Atlantic, a local family business that has been there for many years.  They are citizens, friends and neighbors who spend their money locally.  Unless it got way higher than big gas, I would still get my gas there.
You pull in, they come out to pump your gas, they smile and sometimes give you a loaf of Zucchini Bread.  You can get your oil changed there with a smile and no line up.  The good old days are still here if you look for them.  Don't expect mega advertising, just gas pumped for you.

They are shipped with two train cars under them that are specially designed for the job.  Then they are lifted off and into the storage position by the crane there.  Blades are all in one piece which is making it increasingly hard to transport them by truck.

When he said charcoal, he meant the stuff that is made into briquettes, not regular natural charcoal. Humphrey Charcoal is plain old charcoal, nothing added, nothing changed which is why we're so lucky to have it close to us.  Making your own isn't that hard, but breaking it down to soil sized pieces is terrible.  Trust me, we've tried to smash it, and my husband's tamper didn't make it through the process in one piece.  Just ask for the small particles, not the stuff you would put in a BBQ.  You have to go to Brookville to get it at the plant.  Stop at the pretty little building right where you turn in and pay for it there.  Then you go back to the plant and give them your receipt.  They will even load it for you.  I think it comes in a 50 pound bag.  That will make enough BioChar (that's the proper name AFTER it's been charged properly) for your gardens.  It goes a long way, and remember it is not a soil nutrient, it is what allows you to inoculate your garden soil with the bacteria every plant needs in abundance to use the nutrients already in the soil.
