Backup heat source installed.

Figured we'd move Christmas dinner to the wife's folks house. Dropped her off and went to Ace for a space heater. Came home and the power was back on. Soooooooo.. Went and picked up the wife and hauled everything back here. I'm gonna tell ya. The last two days have really tested my resolve.

We should get a 5 dollar rebate on our electric bills for every hour the power is out. They'd probably move a bit faster. 😂

The Apple tree survived the trimming. I'll be jiggered. Second pic is of my Dogwood. The freeze on Memorial Day weekend got it hard. Hack and saw or leave the poor thing alone this summer?
