  1. yep I have listened to his songs as well as Jason Aldean's songs Try that in a small town and the new one Go Woke Go Broke warning this song has explicit language very explicit
  2. I believe he is referring to Washington DC Politicians and Trump is not in Washington DC at least not until Jan 2025 plus he is south of Richmond. He changed his address back in 2019 to Mar-a-Lago Florida
  3. When they go to a digital currency watch them freeze your accounts and force you to get the vaccine before you can have access to it.
  4. I may have to start making these myself with the improvements for people who want coops next year. Although I would use metal roofing. I forgot to tell him this but the shingles probably provide more insulation to retain the heat in the winter
  5. Looks like I am going to have to modify the back to get the eggs if they have any. There is no way that the eggs will make it to the back and that small opening for me to get my hands in. I thought the top came up to reach in and get the eggs off the rest. Obviously the guy who made it did not think of that. I mean that is why you have it in the back is to get the eggs. Wow there are no words to describe this. Other than that and a small door for the hens to get out it is a nice coop. I plan on changing their roosting bar also to something round for their feet.
  6. Might have to take the pics in the early morning. The sun tonight was very bright and looks like it did not agree with the camera. Pics look a little distorted
  7. New Chicken Coop. Now I have to figure out where to put it. I had a guy offer me 8 birds already he wants to get rid of. So I better figure it out soon and get that coop off that trailer. It will take three men and a boy to unload it. It took that many to load it. I am going to install an automatic door. I still have to figure out their water/food situation and everything I will need for them. For the winter I am going to make a little run out of cattle panel for the warmer days they want to come out and set it in front of the automatic door. I will get pics of the inside tomorrow. Nothing fancy really but figured what the heck. Gives people something to look at.
  8. Hmmm so decrease the work hours and get the same pay but then you are hit in your taxes to help pay for it. Figures a Democrat would try and push a tax increase on middle income people and upper income people to pay for lower income people. So the middle class becomes the lower class. If you are on the cusp then it would probably benefit you to quit your job get a lower paying job and save taxes and make out the same at the end of the year with extra time on your hands. Only a Democrat would want to keep eliminating the middle class all the while trying to keep lower income votes by sticking it to the middle class. Figures he is from Philly the cesspool of Pennsylvania.
  9. Best Buy faces boycott over leadership programs that exclude white employees Best Buy is facing a boycott over offering "leadership" programs that are only available to non-white employees, according to a report. A whistleblower shared screenshots of an alleged internal Best Buy company memo regarding "management leadership academy programs" with the O’Keefe Media Group. The programs are a partnership between Best Buy and global management consultant McKinsey & Company. The programs provide employees with "critical skills that will enhance their leadership through a mini-MBA style curriculum." The leadership programs allegedly exclude white employees. "We're excited to announce awesome news about the McKinsey professional development programs! As a part of Best Buy's commitment to develop and support our employees, we've partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Leadership Programs," states the reported memo from Best Buy. "These professional development programs customize its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of diverse professionals." One of the purported requirements to be considered for the leadership programs was that candidates must "identify as black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander." According to the online application for the leadership programs, two questions ask if applicants are black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander to advance. The O’Keefe Media Group shared alleged screenshots of the memo and the application on Twitter with the caption: "A citizen journalist has revealed Best Buy is partnering with McKinsey & Company on a Management Training Program. The program is not open to white applicants. 'Candidates must meet the [racial] requirements below.'" The electronics company announced the diversity initiative on the Best Buy corporate website in July 2022. Best Buy said the leadership programs would help "establish a diverse workforce." "As part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees who identify as black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC), we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Management Accelerator program," the Best Buy website reads. "The McKinsey Management Accelerator program focuses on professional career development by customizing its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of BIPOC professionals," the site states. "The McKinsey Accelerator Program has been a great challenge for my leadership skillset. Having other people of color in the program took away the facade I’ve always had to bear as a minority and allowed me to participate as a true student without having to worry about how I appear as a person of color in a space," said Joslyn Knight – Best Buy distribution operations support senior analyst. Best Buy started utilizing the McKinsey Accelerator Program in 2020 with one course for black employees and has since expanded the program to include Hispanic, Latino, and Asian employees. McKinsey & Company says on its website: "We are defined by our people and are deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture." "At McKinsey, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just moral imperatives, they are integral to our dual mission – to help our clients make substantial, lasting performance improvements and to build a firm that attracts, develops, excites, and retains exceptional people," the McKinsey & Company website states. The consulting company also prioritizes climate change. "A healthy society depends on a healthy planet, and climate change is putting both at risk. That’s why, in addition to serving clients and sharing insights, McKinsey has committed to achieving net-zero climate impact by 2030," the site says. "We're not alone on our journey to help build a more sustainable and inclusive future, and there will be challenges – but we all need to do more, together." There were calls to boycott Best Buy on social media. One Twitter user declared, "It's time to Bud Light Best Buy." Best Buy did not respond to a request for comment from TheStreet. Best Buy faced controversy in 2021 when it offered "mental health resources" and "counseling services" to employees distressed over Kyle Rittenhouse being acquitted of all charges from the shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. "The verdict in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial stirs many emotions, and it's another difficult moment for our nation," said Mark Irvin, the chief inclusion, diversity, and talent officer for Best Buy. "While these events can be challenging and deeply hurtful, I hope you will take a moment to reflect on the values that unite us as a company and as a nation," Irvin continued. "We can do better, as each of us as individuals, allies, and human beings press together for better outcomes." "I know events like these can take a toll on mental health and emotional well-being," Irwin claimed. "Please know that best Buy is here to support you."
  10. I hope this company does well. I joined and will try and shop here instead of Amazon. It may take a while for them to reach the level of amazon but it is nice to buy from anti-woke companies. They have over 55,000 companies listed so far. https://publicsq.com/
  11. Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday called on the US to “reduce population” in an effort to combat climate change, but she meant to say “reduce pollution,” according to the White House. The shocking gaffe happened as the 58-year-old vice president delivered remarks at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Md., on the need to build a “clean energy economy.” “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water,” Harris said, eliciting applause from the audience. The official White House transcript of her speech acknowledges and corrects Harris’ disquieting error. In the transcript, “population” is crossed out and “pollution” is added in brackets to denote what the VP intended to say.
  12. Question: when you click on Forums do you get an Ad page first that you have to close before seeing the forums. This is the only place I get this and it happens on all my browsers. It may be Windows 11 doing this.
  13. https://apnews.com/article/cultivated-meat-lab-grown-cell-based-a88ab8e0241712b501aa191cdbf6b39a I wont post the article but know this. Bill gates funded this project and others. The companies Bill gates is involved with: Beyond Meats, Just, Upside Foods and Impossible. Bill Gates thinks all rich countries should use synthetic beef also and you will get to like the taste. He thinks that Governments should regulate to make people eat it. Now the article doesn't go into to detail about Bill gates. I got the Bill Gates info from many sources. Here is a Youtube video I found that goes into detail about this and some prophies. Also it does not say anything about Oceangate not sure why there is a picture of it.
  14. yes the briquettes. I have an old chipper that I use on my mushroom compost to break it down so if I made some bio-char I would use that also. I may try Humphreys also. I i have been there dozens of times in the past. I also bought a Harbor Freight cement mixer last year to help me mix to Black Cow Manure(awesome product),Mushroom compost, peat moss etc. As i get older I look for ways I can make it easier for me. Hence the raised beds I hate weeding. Although I did buy one of those garden weasels thinking it would help. Nope I hate it and would not recommend it. Now the Garden weed hoe that thing is awesome and would recommend that hands down. As someone with arthritis it is great and I can do a 20x50 garden in about a half an hour to an hour depending on the day and how much I hurt. I got that picture off the net so the brand is not what I have but they have them everywhere. I may have make a youtube page and do some videos (gators picks) actually on here is the only place I use that handle anymore. I used to be able to Navigate the web in its heyday very well and I used Netscape navigator as my browser. So navigator got shortened to Gator. So it would have to be Pappy's picks. j/k
  15. Humphrey Charcoal I did a little research on bio-char. When we did all those years ago we were going by what an old farmer had told us. When we added the water and compost to it this is what they call charging or activating the bio-char. I didn't know what it was called back then we were just going by his recommendations. In my thirst for knowledge on this subject the last few days I did come across this. "Biochar is like a battery, and to get the best out of it it should be mixed with nutrients and microbes - a process known as charging (or inoculating / activating). If you were to add it ‘raw’ then it would steal nutrients from your plants for the first few months and then once it is charged it will start to give it back." He also said not to use charcoal and so I thought I would look that up also. "On the other hand, charcoal briquettes contain wood ash and harmful chemicals. These additives can reduce soil pH and negatively impact microbes and soil productivity." Now Humphrey Charcoal in Brookville I do not know how they make it. Others may added chemicals to it etc but I would much rather just make my own bio-char if I were to use it. We just added the mushroom compost to it because I had it and figured it wouldn't hurt. We used the pond water to actually add the nutrients to the char well mostly because that is what he told us to use haha. Now I know why. Once I get my raised garden beds all set up I will start to make some bio-char just to try it out. I did find a greenhouse and will use it in there as well when I get it setup next year. It is a big one 20'x96'. I have to go and tear it down and then set it up. well I will help as much as i can but I am going to try and find a few people to help me tear it down etc. I guess I could use some friends now
  16. Sheetz gas is always cheap. Inmho cheap as in quality. I didn't get any.
  17. I don't have any friends I have made biochar in the past(decades ago) the easy way. Basically we just made a campfire with different sizes of wood. Then when it burned down quite a bit we then just sprayed water on it to put it out and then pulled out the pieces we could use. We tamped it down a bit to break it down and then we added a little mushroom compost I had and also some fish pond water. I didn't want the char to absorb the nutrients out of the garden. I should try it again. What do you add to the biochar?
  18. I built one a few years ago and I have a few that are in my yard now for next year. I do not have to bend for them either. If you go to the garden section you can see my posts about them in my garden pics and my moms. The ones I have at my house now are heavy even without the soil in them. It takes three or four people to move them empty. They are 4'x8'
  19. never hurts to try. Add some root compound to the end and plant in a sandy soil and see if roots sprout. I doubt it but you never know. It never hurts to try
  20. I may take you up on that just look through it. I have many ideas of my own and have looked over the years at many designs but cannot hurt to look at others too.
  21. a friend of mine has the same from harbor freight also but I would like to go a bit larger. I thought about building my own out of 1 1/2" pvc or just regular metal conduit and bending them myself and may do that if I don't find any used ones around. Limited funds make it difficult to buy new or even using conduit etc and I have a couple Amish friends who said they can build me one also so we will see. They are building me raised garden beds already and a chicken coop. I do not know how I will be next year and it is so much easier planting in a raised bed with my arthritis and my plants seem to do better in a raised bed as you see from my other threads.
  22. I am thinking of putting a greenhouse in my yard. If you know anyone who has an old greenhouse that they are not using and want to get rid of message me. I just need the hoops and then will buy the covering for it. Figured I would try here first.
  23. All dogs need to have rabies shots
