From my past three experiences at Dubois Diner....the owners could spend a semester or two at "Charm School"; perhaps it would give the customers....and employees a better perception of their business.

I would never give a contractor more than 5-10% of an estimated job at the beginning. If he is a reputable contractor who has good credit at local supply stores, you should not have to pay the balance until the end.  And even then I hold back 2o-25% until it is totally finished to my liking.  And yes, I would ask for a detailed supply receipt.  I have dealt with one well known contractor in the area on a new front porch years ago, and I still wonder how he is still in business.   I evaluated the bill and found out he underbid what the cost would be. WE made a small slight alteration to the project. He outrageously then triple charged the small alteration to make up the price.   It took 7 weeks total. The Amish would have taken 3-4 days. Lesson Learned. And I kept most of the left over materials and they have come in handy. One of the workers I knew who he was  gave me that opportunity.

There pizza is great and she is not hard to work for. Don't start that crap and give her a bad name with an assumption. A lot of people that work for her have been working for her for many many years.

I am so excited to see this, whether you liked their pizza or you or don’t, be thankful that there is another business reopening due to high demand! Just wish these people would get off their butts and get a job, we are hiring where I’m at and we are very tired of working short staffed

Where do you see in the article posted any residence location?  Actually why does does it matter where any of their residences are or were?  They stole, they got caught.  The only residence that matters now is what prison are we paying for?
