Intent is one thing. The results of the intent is another. So the government is allowed to rewrite things as they please???? The government checks their mandated gun rules and finds you own 150 guns. Does that give them the right to take your guns on Friday because you MIGHT shoot someone on Saturday? I am riding in your car as you drive. I have a open can of beer. How, why and by who or what? Hopefully this will be another thought provoking thread that gets you all to thinking. I think that everyone understands a very important part of our judicial system. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I ain't sure if that was written by the old guys who put this country together years ago but I have heard that my whole life. There may be other acceptations to that statemen but there is one acceptation that we live with everyday. If you get pulled over, or end up having any interaction with a law enforcement officer and that officer suspects you may be impaired by alcohol or drugs you will be required to prove yourself to be innocent concerning his or her's accusation. There will be actions that you will be required to take on the spot. If you refuse to take any of these actions you will be deemed guilty of the officer's accusations. The penalties of being deemed guilty can and most likely be a life changing experience for you. Now there is a lot more that may and most likely will happen but I will wait to see if there is any response to this subject before i waste my time. In the meantime, do some searching and you will find many videos concerning this subject. U-Tube has hundreds of videos recorded by camera's worn by the arresting officers. Some things to think about-----> In your daily lives, how many times do you have to walk a straight line, heal to toe, for 10 steps then pivot on ONE foot keeping your other foot on that line and take ten more steps back to where you started??????? In your daily lives, do you have to stand on one foot while raising your other foot off the ground while pointing your toes forward and count out loud until someone tells you to stop? How many times in your daily lives have you started in the middle of the alphabet and recited the rest of the letters to Z????? How many times have you left your home and drove the same road to work everyday???? How many times, in your daily lives, have you physically done repeatedly, that 90 plus percent of other drivers have never done???? The standard allowable blood alcohol limit in your system is .08 How did the government come up with that number? What criteria was used to make this a standard among people who drinks and those that normally do not drink???

I am hooked on U-Tube. For me it's a widow in my home that I can use to access the universe without leaving my home. The variety of information is just about endless. I can watch movies, keep up with the news, learn how to fix something that I have never fixed before, learn about all the things that surrounds me everyday, from trees to clouds and the stars. At 70 years old, I am learning more than the education system I was required to attend ever taught me. Education-------> grow a flower, pick a mushroom to eat, what is draining my car battery, what voted for politician is lying to me, what news source is lying, what may be a good movie for me to watch, on and on and on. Movies----> I like old black and white movies, movies about real life, war movies, westerns, movies with so-called stars, I believe I have seen every movie ever made concerning submarines and watched many of them numerus times. Submarines are a unique part of our history and lives. Real life---> The first 48 is the best, The program called COPS shows you everyday life your law enforcement deals with. (they do not get paid enough), Then comes my current favorites, videos showing the complete a-holes that are called Karens and Kens. These, I am entitled, spoiled brats have invaded our daily lives worse than the border invaders. Spend some time watching these real life clips in time and you will be left in wonderment concerning what the happened to our society. (I know the answer to that question and if you watch enough of this real life, taped by officer's body cams, you will know the answer also). It's a damn shame. U-Tube gives you a chance to see how others have to live with these creatures as they try to live their lives. I have no idea how the cops can contain their selves while doing their jobs. I would punch them in that fat loud mouths in a heartbeat. Thats what they need because their liberal parents failed to raise them correctly. The subject of watching U-Tube can produce endless thought provoking conversations just like your education system should have done. This post was made with Petee in mind. One of the pivotal moments in the downfall of this country is when rap became music Some of us knew that the first time we heard that noise. The whole rap industry is and has been made up of people that you would not want to have as your friend or neighbor. It's to bad that those who vote for this POS will not be required to have "It" living in their house with their family. But the good American citizens of this country will have to deal with "it" from now on.
