  1. Vaccination is not immunization. Theoretically, the vaccinated should be a pillar of health and yet.....
  2. Did they give him anything at the vet yesterday?
  3. Everything old school is now new school. Ain't that a hoot.
  4. Freedom Of Information Act. Public records. Didn't the O Administration make a promise to the American public for more transparency in government?
  5. Yes, haven't tried any yet. Stumbled across this type while looking at heirlooms for popping. Have you tried it? If so, would you recommend it? I'm considering a purchase of an old heirloom called Glass Gem. Was looking for one with popping abilities. Others have told me this one is a keeper. Anyone else tried it? http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.motherearthnews.com/~/media/Images/MEN/Editorial/Articles/Online%2520Articles/2012/12-01/The%2520Origins%2520and%2520Journey%2520of%2520Carls%2520Glass%2520Gems%2520Rainbow%2520Corn/Carls-Glass-Gems-corn-varie1.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.motherearthnews.com/homesteading-and-livestock/glass-gem-corn-seed-zwfz1212zrob.aspx&h=1125&w=1500&sz=305&tbnid=Q3_4JxEBE_q4oM:&tbnh=92&tbnw=122&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dglass%2Bgem%2Bcorn%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=glass+gem+corn&usg=__UJrOArahrIGiPj7A3mxasLJDHD0=&docid=AOw-AlHlYBIOGM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=TOsXUtrtFKml2wWQ8YD4CQ&sqi=2&ved=0CCsQ9QEwAA&dur=1385
  6. Well most sites/books generally offer the same advice. Good drainage. Water daily. Drying If you are drying herbs for winter use, I clip them often, dry them, you can hang them to dry or dry them in the (directions online) oven and then store in a container. Oils If you want to make oils, the best harvesting time is right before they flower/go to seed. Freezing Some like to freeze the fresh dry (free from moisture) leaves whole. To do this, place the leaves on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer. Once frozen, you can place them in a freezer bag to use later for soups and sauces. Usually if I have a question about a particular method of use, I will enter the name of the herb and go from there.
  7. Not really sure. As the video implies. Maybe the researchers stumbled onto something some don't want anyone knowing about. So many questions. Your guess would be as good as mine. I did find this interesting documentary from back in the early 80's. Get's interesting around the 3 minute mark. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fxg1-TF3ZiE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  8. It's called recreation. I seriously doubt those with knowledge would want their identities known. The "bloops" and "cave drawings" have been confirmed as real.
  9. Yes, I understand. Was just curious if you confirmed that these researchers were actors as the internet articles you read pointed out. That's all.
  10. I'm curious. Did you validate their opinions?
  11. Yes, but what about the scientists that were interviewed? Or the member of the military that was interviewed.........
  12. How sad and pathetic that people gawked and taunted him as though he were there for their amusement.
  13. Remember watching a documentary on wildlife one evening where this research team involved in the project performed an experiment to see how long exactly it would take a fresh deer carcass to break down and disappear without a trace. Turns out that it took seven days from the time the body was placed, the scavengers feasted, and the bones were carted off or buried for later. Have met many hunters and hikers that say the same thing as yourself.
  14. That must be why I've had trouble with them here. Down South when grown in semi shade they will stay blue, if too much sun gets to them they turn pink.
  15. Sam thing happened to me one day at Morningside.......only this was a male, thirtyish.
