Discover the sacred circle of the hoop as we improve cardiovascular endurance, increase muscle strength, reduce stress, and more! Hoop dance is the fun way to get and stay fit! Each student will have a professional dance hoop to learn basic hooping and progress to learn a beginner hoop dance routine. Wear comfortable clothing. You keep the hula hoop so you can use it at home!
