Improve upon your beginning hula hoop fitness skills! We will continue to combine hula hooping with various forms of exercise such as dance and yoga. Using professional dance hoops, we will unlock the doors to overall wellness of body, mind, and spirit. Wear comfortable clothing. The Beginning Hula Hoop Fitness class is not needed to take Intermediate Hula Hoop Fitness.
