Downtown DuBois Revitalization Group Invites you to the Hometown Hero Banner Dedication! DuBois, PA – The Downtown DuBois Revitalization Group will present the Hometown Hero Banner Dedication Ceremony, taking place at The Edward Cherry Amphitheater on Sunday June 23rd from 2-4pm.
The Downtown DuBois Revitalization Group is extremely excited to take the time to honor all of those who have served in our community. During this ceremony we will have speakers, music and light refreshments. This dedication ceremony will give all of those who purchased banners to see the full-size banners that will be hung around the community. The group is very proud to have put this project together as it is of major importance to celebrate our veterans and first responders.
In case of rain the ceremony will take place in the American Legion Post 17
The group is currently accepting applications for the second round of Hometown Heroes Banners.
