Penn Highlands DuBois to Host Blood Drive Friday, September 18– Penn Highlands DuBois and the Community Blood Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania & Western New York ask the community to please consider donating blood Friday, September 18, between 10 AM and 3:30 PM inside the Central Resource Center Assembly Room at 204 Hospital Avenue on the Penn Highlands DuBois West campus.
