Administrators Pompeii Posted February 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 4, 2021 Gerald R. Bundy, Age 62 of DuBois, PA died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at his home. Born on October 28, 1958 in DuBois, PA he was the son of the late Kenneth & Ruth (Preston) Bundy Maier. Jerry was an equipment operator and truck driver throughout his career. He was a member of Tri County church and was an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams. Jerry is survived by 3 children (Alicia Hooker & her husband William of Keeling, VA; Branden Nix & his wife Ashley of Chatham, VA; and Candace Powell & her husband David of Virginia Beach, VA) 7 grandchildren (Devin, Kyra, Damien, Blayne, Camron, Cristian, & Ruthie Jean) and a great grandchild (Holden). He is also survived by 2 sisters (Sally Preston & Barb Smith), 4 brothers (Don, Otis, Ed, & Jeff Bundy), his former wife (Debbie Taylor), and his best friend & service dog “Brutus”. He was preceded in death by his first wife (Ruth Ann Bundy) and 2 brothers (Buddy & Dennis). Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. Social distancing requirements will be followed and masks must be worn. Due to attendance regulations, we ask that you keep you visit brief to allow others to pay their respects. A private funeral Service will be held from the funeral home with Pastor Harold Hills officiating. Memorials may be placed with the charity of the donor’s choice.
