Anthony M. Tony” Raspatello, Jr. age 94 of DuBois, PA died Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.

 

Born on January 28, 1927 in Ridgway, PA, he was the son of the late Anthony M. Raspatello, Sr. and Lucy (Capuano) Raspatello.

 

On May 7, 1949 he married Susan Rose Paladino of Brockway, PA. She preceded him in death in April of 2014.

 

Tony was a veteran of the United State Navy having served as a seaman second class during World War II.

 

He retired as an Insurance Investigator for Equifax after 32 years of service. He then moved from Ridgway, PA to Treasure Lake, PA where he and Susan built their retirement home. You could always find Tony on one of the beautiful golf courses or working at the Treasure Lake Golf Course. He later took a position at Treasure Lake Security where his smiling face greeted everyone entering the gate.

 

Tony was a member of St. Michael The Archangel Roman Catholic Church and a life member of the Knights of Columbus of Council #1064 in Ridgway, PA.

 

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia M. Feustel and her husband Mark Feustel of Colorado Springs, CO; his son Michael D. Raspatello and his wife Cathleen Huerta Raspatello of Cape Haze, Florida. Tony had four grandchildren, Michelle Raab, Sean Raspatello, John Feustel, Sarah Hathor; ten great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters Grace Daughenbaugh of West Milford, NJ and Carnith Piccirillo of Ridgway, PA.

 

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Angela Aiello and Rosanne Kucenski and one brother Guy Raspatello.

 

Due to our current circumstances, there will be no public visitation and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

 

Burial will take place in Morningside Cemetery in DuBois, PA.

 

Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans VA Regional Office, 1000 Liberty Avenue, Room 1606, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
