Bullock, age 83 of DuBois, PA died Thursday, February 3, 2022 at McKinley Health Center in Brookville, PA. Born on November 7, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Forrest and Franny (Laird) Bullock. On October 22, 1982 he married his wife of 39 years, Ellen L. (Walch) Bullock. She survives. John retired after 30 years of teaching in Illinois. He also coached baseball and basketball. He was an ordained Methodist Minister for 25 years until his retirement, most recently serving at Lakeside United Methodist Church in DuBois, PA. He is also survived by his children (Robin Price & her husband Michael, Rob Bullock & his wife Kim, Jackie Adams & her husband Steve, Sheryll Elzer & her husband Chris and Dawn Toberman), 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 daughter (Roberta Bullock). There will be no public visitation. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 1 p.m. from Treasure Lake Church with Pastor Bob Capelle and Pastor Joni Williams co officiating. Burial will take place in Allegheny Memorial Cemetery, in Allison Park, Pittsburgh, PA. Memorial donations may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, P.o.
