Hannah Mae Marshall, age 92 formerly of Patterson Ave., DuBois, PA , died Thursday, November 3, 2022 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
 

Born on February 18, 1930 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Kozminski) Ball.
 

On October 5, 1947 she married her high school sweetheart, John F. “Chum” Marshall. He preceded her in death on November 14, 2019.
 

Hannah was a homemaker. She enjoyed baking, crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.
 

She formerly attended the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in DuBois, and weekly Sunday church services at the DuBois Nursing Home.
 

Hannah is survived by her daughter, Anelia Lucas and her husband Ron of Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA. Known as Nana, she was the cherished grandmother to John Yount and his wife Kristie of DuBois, PA and Dr. Kristin Horvath and her husband Christopher of Mars, PA, and a very special great grandmother to Ian Yount of DuBois, PA, Mason Yount of Roanoke, VA, Christian Yount of Antigua, B.W.I. and Madeleine and Nolan Horvath of Mars, PA.  She is also survived by two brothers, Morgan “Flip” and James Ball, and two sisters, Thomasina Raybuck and Mary Jane Smith, all of DuBois, PA.
 

Hannah was preceded in death by two brothers; Infant Thomas Ball and John Ball and two sisters Margaret Hayes and Linda Resinger.
 

The family of Mrs. Marshall is forever thankful for the care and love given to her by the staff at the DuBois Nursing Home.  Nana will be greatly missed and loved forever.
 

In observing Hannah’s wish, there will be no public visitation. A private service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. with Pastor Dan Smith officiating.
 

Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
