Administrators Pompeii Posted November 16, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 16, 2023 Debra A. “Deb” Wilson, age 64 of DuBois, PA died Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on August 22, 1959 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Donald “Muzz” and Ruth (Whipple) Montgomery. On June 11, 1977 she married her husband of 46 years Russell David “Dave” Wilson. He survives. Deb was a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church in DuBois where she had been a Sunday school teacher, and a member of both the choir and the bell choir. She was very active with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. Deb enjoyed spending time at camp and loved going to the Outer Banks. Above all, she loved her family and friends and her little dogs. She is survived by two sons (Joshua D. Wilson of DuBois, PA and Jacob D. Wilson and his wife Hillary of Leechburg, PA), three grandchildren (Austin, Natalie and Jack Wilson). She is also survived by her “Aunt Mare”, a special aunt, Marian Whipple. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 1 – 4 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A private funeral service will be held from the funeral home with Lamar Adamson, CLP officiating. Interment will take place in Morningside Cemetery. In honor of Deb’s “little dogs”, memorial donations may be made to Gateway Humane Society, PO Box 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840.
