Williams, age 55 of Reynoldsville, PA died Monday, April 15, 2024 at his home after a long battle with renal failure and cancer. Born on May 15, 1968 in Rockledge, FL, he was the son of the late Julius T. and Eloise (Phillips) Williams. On September 15, 2001 he married Cathy (Hunter) Striegel. She survives. Richard worked in Information Technology at Valencia College in Orlando, FL for many years. He assisted with many events for the Reynoldsville Community Association and the Reynoldsville American Legion Post 392. He enjoyed motorcycle riding and participated in Bikers for Babies. Richard also enjoyed golfing. He was always trying to help others. He is survived by two stepsons (Shawn Striegel and his wife Misty of DuBois, PA and Steven Striegel of Falls Creek, PA), four step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren, two sisters (Patricia Wise and Julie Williams, both of Orlando, FL), and a nephew. There will be no public visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, New York 10016-5337. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
