  2. Edward J. Levenduski, age 83 of Weedville, PA died Friday, June 24, 2022 at his home. Born on February 22, 1939 in Byrnedale, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Ann (Gabor) Levenduski. On November 13, 1965 he married his wife of 56 years, Janice M. (Mitchell) Levenduski. She survives. Eddie retired from Sylvania in St. Marys, PA after 28 years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Force, PA. Eddie was a member of the Kane Lodge #566 Free and Accepted Masons, a past member of the Weedville Lions Club and a retired Deputy Game Protector. He had a strong interest in coins, enjoyed hunting, fishing and being with his family. Along with his wife, he is survived by his children (Ann Olivia Smith and her husband Mac of St. Marys, PA and James E. Levenduski & his companion Kathy Mertz of Weedville, PA), and four grandchildren (Michael, Maura, Marissa and Cody). Eddie was preceded in death by two sisters (Dorothy O’Leary & Paula Posteraro) and three brothers (Francis, John, & Joseph Levenduski). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A masonic service will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. from the funeral home by the members of the Kane Lodge # 566 F&AM. A scriptural wake service will be prayed on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 11 a.m. from St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Force with Fr. Mark Mastrian as celebrant.   8. Connie L. Owens, age 79 of DuBois, PA died Friday, June 24, 2022 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on February 17, 1943 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gerald “Tim” and LuLu F. (Shubert) Forsyth. Connie worked as an accountant for Wells Auto Wrecking and Johnson Motors, both in DuBois, PA. She was a member of West Liberty Church in DuBois, PA. Connie loved to go to the DuBois City Park to watch baseball and lunch with friends at Logan’s Quick Lunch. She enjoyed knitting and reading and loved to host holiday gatherings. She is survived by her two daughters (Heather Dimmick and her husband Barry of Clearfield, PA and Amber Kear and her husband Wade of DuBois, PA), four grandchildren (Kyle and Tara Kerr and Kaleb and Autumn Kear) and two great grandchildren (Abrie Kerr and Blake Mitten). Connie was preceded in death by one daughter (Aimee Owens) and one brother (Lyle Forsyth). There will be no public visitation and memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Luthersburg Union Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Clearfield County SPCA, 275 21st Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.   9. Melissa S. Hemphill, Age 51 of DuBois, PA died Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on March 13, 1971 in Clearfield, PA, she was the daughter of Bruce C. Sample and Yolanda J. (Graham) Bliss. Her father preceded her in death, her mother survives and lives in Lanse, PA. Melissa made her home with Scott Reed for the past eighteen years. He survives. She was a homemaker and a Mary Kay Cosmetics representative. Melissa was Past President of the Oklahoma Tigers Football Association and a past member of ABATE. She is survived by 3 children (Brittanie Peffer & her husband Pete of Kane, PA; Noah Foster of DuBois, PA, and Hayden Hemphill of DuBois, PA), several grandchildren, a sister (Brooke Bliss Cook & her husband Leroy of Woodland, PA), her mother & father-in-law (Don & Sandy Eberhart of Brockport, PA) and her step father (Lee “Squeak” Walter of Lanse, PA). There will be no public visitation and a funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made to the Volunteer Hose Company # 1, P.O.
