Spoonie

I made up a batch of homemade up and had alittle bit of boughten detergent left so I mixed them together.  I noticed I have to shake it up because it gets watery.  Does anyone else have to shake it up before using it?  But other than that, seems to clean them as well as the boughten stuff.

Yes mine is very thick also.  I just left it in the bucket and have a measuring cup hang on the side.

I used the giant box of baking soda, it says on it that is can be used for laundry. If it isn't the right thing, it works well anyhow! I will look for the laundry kind when this one runs out. It seems to be working very well. Next question- is there a homemade softener too?? lol.

I just made the liquid and it was so easy and didn't take any time at all.  Smells good.

sometimes the Fels naptha is stocked in with the pre wash items( shout / spray n wash ) categoy.  no always with the other bars of soaps

They have it at County Market in Punxsutawney on the bottom shelf down from where the  detergent is.

Thanks I have been watering a lot hoping it would help.  I didn't have to today thanks to all the rain we got.  

I think I put to much fertilizer in my garden.  Will my seeds still come up?  Some of my tomato plants aren't looking to good.  The leaves are turning brown.  What should I do?

I have two in my flower bed I planted and they aren't any more now than there were 5 years ago when I planted them.  

They were bulbs.  I think they are beautiful.

I planted mine last fall and it has buds on it already.  Can't wait to see the flowers.  There's about 5 or 6.

I planted two different ornamental grasses last fall and they are starting to grow.  Do I do any thing to them?
