Sharon L. Hoover, age 69 of DuBois, PA died Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on May 13, 1953 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Robert Kelly and Joyce (Williams) Quigg. She was a 1971 graduate of Brookville Area High School. On December 5, 1975 she married her husband of 46 years, Rickey L. Hoover. He survives. Sharon retired from Owens Illinois in Brockway, PA after 23 years of service. Sharon was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She loved her dogs. Along with her husband, Sharon is survived by two sons (Chad Hoover and his wife Jeiddy Quello and John Hoover, both of DuBois, PA), one granddaughter (Haley Hoover), three grandsons (Austin and Jacob Hoover and Jendy Quello), and one sister (Joyce Largent of Linesville, PA). She was preceded in death by one brother Robert Kelly, Jr. There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Gateway Humane Society, PO Box 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840.
