The event will be held at Lifetime Celebrations (formerly the Lithuanian Club) at 801 West Weber Avenue. All proceeds of this event benefit Grady's Decision in supporting the families of premature babies in the DRMC NICU!
Doors open at 4pm. Dinner, provided by Palumbo's Catering, will be served between 5pm-7pm with a presentation at 6pm provided by Ryan Smith. Entertainment will be provided by local favorite band "The Ride" between 7pm-11pm.

Registration Options:
We have several options for sponsorships as well as individual registration. If choosing a sponsorship, please provide all sponsorship and logo information by February 14th and indicate if you will be using the tickets that come with your sponsorship, if applicable. We don't want any open seats for this event! Gold Sponsorship Package: $500
Includes Name of Company on Banner that will be displayed at the Event, A Full-Page Ad in the Event Program, 8 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event and a reserved V.I.P table. Silver Sponsorship Package: $250
Includes Name of Company on Banner that will be displayed at the Event, a Full-Page Ad in the Event Program and 4 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event. Bronze Plus Sponsorship Package: $150
Includes Name of Company on Banner that will be displayed at the Event, a Half-Page Ad in the Event Program and 2 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event. Bronze Sponsorship: $100
