When I was a kid, I had this book- sort of like a photo album with questions and a log of sorts in it. There was a place to put my school pic in and had questions like: What do you want to be when you grow up? What is your favortie hobby? etc etc I think there was also a plce to put report cards... but I can't find them anywhere. If I remember correctly, they were for K-12.
