Albert Clair Brunelli, 64, of Dogwood Rd. in Weedville, PA passed away peacefully Friday, November 24th, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Christ the King Manor in DuBois where he was a resident. He was born August 21st, 1953 in St. Marys, PA the son of Albert R. Brunelli of Weedville and the late Jean Y. Brown of DuBois. 

Albert was a graduate of DuBois Area High School, Class of 1972. For many years, he was employed at the Truck Stop of America in Brookville and the Bonanza in DuBois. Albert was not only an exceptional son but a great brother and uncle. He never complained about anything, always having a smile on his face and was easy going. He lived a simple life, loved his family and enjoyed spending time at the family camp on Winslow Hill where he observed one of his favorite animals; Elk. He also enjoyed playing Bingo at the Bennetts Valley Senior Center where he was a member. Those who knew him absolutely loved him! 

Albert is survived by his father Albert R. Brunelli of Weedville, three sisters Lana (Rawland) Cogan of Weedville, Melissa Brunelli Eckford of Kersey and Pamela Brunelli of St. Marys, one brother Thomas Brown of DuBois, four nephews Cody and Jess Cogan of Weedville, Mitchell Gennocro of California, MD and Dalton Gennocro St. Marys, PA and one niece Adair Gennocro of West Palm Beach, FL. He is also survived by his aunt Diane (Joseph) Caliari of Weedville, cousins Tanya (Ben) Witherson of Weedville, Jeffrey Caliari of Baltimore, MD. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Jean Y. Brown and stepfather Donald V. Brown. Maternal grandparents Clair and Loretta Gallagher and paternal grandparents Mary and Gaetano Brunelli. 

The family will be receiving friends Wednesday, November 29th, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Benezette United Methodist Church.  Albert’s Memorial Service will begin at 11:00AM and will be officiated by Pastor Missy Smith.  

Memorials, if desired, may be presented to the Bennetts Valley Senior Center, 149 Plum St., P.O Box 77 Weedville, PA 15868

The family of Albert would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Christ the King Manor for their excellent care and overwhelming kindness.
