Meighen, age 50, of Nathan Court, DuBois, PA died on Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born on March 30, 1967 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of Robert Kuntz (Kathy) who survives and lives in DuBois, PA and Patricia (Guiher) Smith (Leroy) who survives and lives in Falls Creek, PA. On May 14, 1994 she married Kurt W. Meighen. He survives. Wendy was a homemaker and she was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois. She was very active for the past 7 years with the DuBois Area Football Boosters. She loved baking, camping, and going to NASCAR races. Most of all, she loved her family. She is survived by two sons (Caleb J. and Cole R. Meighen both of DuBois, PA) one sister (Kim Youngdahl and her husband Jason of Brockway, PA) and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church with Pastors John and Amy Miller officiating.
